I scheduled a consultation with this office and canceled the same day — about two hours after making the appointment. Despite canceling almost immediately and never receiving any services, I was charged a $100 cancellation fee. I found this extremely disappointing and unreasonable. Patients should be clearly informed about cancellation policies before booking, especially when charges are applied even when an appointment is canceled shortly after scheduling. I would strongly recommend confirming all policies in advance before making an appointment with this office.
Great experience coming for 60 years began with Dr R Sheldon Stein and now very happy and been with his Sin James Stein fir over 30 years .
I can’t thank Dr. Stein enough! He truly listened to my concerns and helped me achieve my smile goals. I’m only 32, and my front teeth had become short from grinding. Dr stein helped restore the proper length and gave me veneers that look so natural and real . They blend seamlessly with my own teeth. His warm demeanor, kind nature, and inclusive approach made the entire experience so comfortable. Everyone in the office including Heather and Robin is incredible, professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. I didn’t realize what was possible until I met Dr.Stein, and im beyond grateful for his expertise and care.

I have a tricky cracked tooth causing a lot of sensitivity/pain that may have needed a root canal but after seeing a specialist, it was determined that I did not need a root canal and to just go ahead with a crown. Dr. Stein was recommended to me. When it comes to the dentist, I have a lot of anxiety due to previous experiences but Dr. Stein was patient and made sure I was comfortable at all times and thorough with his explanations. He took the time to make sure my bite was comfortable afterwards. I cannot recommend him enough! Hopefully I won’t need any more dental work but definitely coming back if I have to!
