Service by everyone was first class, way surpassing my expectations. Unbeknownst to the staff I have been a self employed Chiropractor for 40 years so I know good service is when I see it. Dr. Hamid was fantastic.

Good for ortho (invisalign) but horrible for dentistry. The staff are incompetent, especially at understanding insurance benefits and giving reasonable quotes. I have an outstanding bill from when they misquoted/misinterpreted my insurance benefits and now I have to pay for it out of pocket. I only found out about the balance 1.5 years after I visited. I do not recommend at all. My wait times were always excessive, too. Dr Athena was fine for invisalign. She runs her own process and her techs were nice. She was punctual. I've had an overlay fall out. I don't believe the staff at this location are well trained or very competent at all. Cannot say the same about dentistry.
First visit to Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics, and I can see why my wife has been a loyal patient for years! The staff was great, very welcoming and professional. The waiting time was surprisingly short, which is always a plus. The office itself was spotlessly clean, and all the equipment looked modern and new, which put me at ease. Highly recommend!
