⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ First off, I want to say that I do not have dental insurance, and one Saturday I woke up with the worst tooth pain ever. I called Jefferson Dental, and they were able to get me in and help me right away. I absolutely LOVE that they’re open on Saturdays! The ladies at the front desk were AMAZING! ❤️ They gave me different options, and honestly, at first I wasn’t crazy about any of them. Instead of making me feel pressured, they went back to the drawing board, came back with another option, and worked with me until we found something I was comfortable with. I truly appreciated their patience and willingness to work with me. Dr. Kash was also AMAZING! He went over every step of the treatment plan with me and made sure I understood everything they were going to do to help with my pain. He truly went above and beyond. And I have to give a HUGE shoutout to his assistant, Mr. Will! He was so kind and constantly checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and wasn’t in any pain. That meant so much to me, especially when I was already nervous and hurting. Thank y’all SO much for taking such good care of me! ❤️ I walked in in so much pain, and everyone made me feel like I was in good hands. I would give Jefferson Dental 100 stars if I could! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a great experience at this location. Not too much of a wait time and it was very clean. The staff was very friendly too. I will definitely be going back.

0 STARS - PATIENT BEWARE!!! I strongly recommend getting a second opinion and keeping extremely careful records if you receive treatment at Jefferson Dental on Potranco. I first received implants for my two front teeth here in 2020. What followed was months of canceled and rescheduled appointments, dramatic changes in the quoted price, hours-long waits, painful procedures, and repeated communication failures. At one appointment in April 2021, I waited approximately three hours before being seen, only to have the dentist determine that the crowns they prepared for me were unacceptable. I left after five hours in the office without the permanent crowns I had been expecting. I was eventually brought back on May 14, 2021, and was led to believe that my permanent crowns had finally been placed. They were noticeably yellower than the color I had selected and did not match my other teeth, but after everything I had already been through, I was simply relieved to be finished. Fast-forward to November 2024: another dentist from a different practice examined me and recommended replacing the crowns because they were loose and did not look on X-ray like what they would expect from permanent crowns. I requested my complete records from Jefferson Dental. WHAT I FOUND WAS DEEPLY DISTURBING My May 14, 2021 treatment documentation describes a "bridge delivery", which I signed, but the word "temporary" appears to have been handwritten underneath that description after my signature. I was never told that the crowns placed that day were temporary. I understood that I was receiving the permanent crowns I had spent nearly a year trying to obtain. I brought all of this documentation to Jefferson Dental on March 3, 2026. Monica told me the matter would be escalated, and Vanessa was made aware of it during that conversation. I also provided the documentation to Monica while I was there. A few days later, Monica called me, leaving me with the impression that the matter was being investigated. Yesterday, August 18, 2026, more than five months later, I returned to follow up and was told that essentially nothing had happened. No one had reviewed the information or meaningfully escalated the matter. Vanessa was actually in the office while I was there and knew I was there, but did not speak with me. I am now seeking $4,918, which is the current documented cost of corrective treatment from the dental practice I now trust. I am not asking for a refund of what I paid Jefferson Dental five years ago. I am asking for the current cost of fixing the dental situation I have been left with. This has been an extraordinarily frustrating and upsetting experience. There are huge problems here with communication, oversight, scheduling, documentation, and follow-through. If you are considering Jefferson Dental for significant dental work, especially implants or crowns, please get a second opinion, keep copies of every document you sign, and carefully verify exactly what treatment you are receiving. I wish I had.

Jefferson dental has always gone the extra mile to insure customer satisfaction. From assisting with insurance questions, to reassuring and teaching you about your dental health throughout your appointment. I am not a fan of the dentist or doctors, but Jefferson dental makes their office welcoming and comfortable. Thank you!

I can’t say enough great things about the team at Jefferson Dental on Potranco! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with smiles. Giselle at the front desk checked me in quickly and made the process so easy. Irene and Monica, the office manager, took the time to explain my treatment plan and payment options, making everything simple and stress-free. Dr. Kash is an amazing dentist—so friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. He always takes the time to answer questions and makes you feel comfortable throughout your visit. If you’re there on a Saturday, Melissa, the hygienist, is wonderful! She is so kind, gentle with her cleanings, and always makes sure you’re comfortable throughout your appointment. The dental assistants—Tina, Will, Cass, and Sierra—are all fantastic! They’re friendly, professional, attentive, and truly great at what they do. What really sets this office apart is the atmosphere. Everyone genuinely treats each other—and their patients—like family. Every time I come in, I feel welcomed, cared for, and it’s always a pleasure seeing everyone. If you’ve been putting off going to the dentist because you’re nervous or afraid, this is the place to go. There is absolutely no judgment here—just caring people who make you feel comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend Jefferson Dental on Potranco to anyone looking for a dental office that truly cares about its patients!

Despite the great care by the staff I am fed up with the doctors. It’s been over a month since I’ve been scheduled for an extraction and the dentists keep pushing it back 3 times so far. I’ve already put a down payment and despite that…still no service. In fact, apart from the down payment, I was charged the entire sum as well and I had to refute the charge because the lady who handles the Sunbit contracts had denied that it was their clinic charging me the sum, but thankfully my bank and the Sunbit representatives had my back. To invest in $400 and $2,000 dollar payment plans and be met with lack of care is ridiculous. Sure enough my payments are being taken from Sunbit and yet here I am with no extraction and instead having to go to a different location with a different doctor just to receive the service I put funds into.

Five Star team, five star experience. Showed us great customer service and customer care. Truly appreciated,how MONICA took care of us taking time to review the plan and professionally making sure finances were taken care of leaving us at ease. Thank you so much again!
