This is no doubt the best dentist in town. Really enjoyed speaking with Dr. Jones today and getting to meet him for the first time and getting to know him a bit. My dental hygienist today, Maggie, is the best hygienist I have ever had. My cleaning procedure was like a visit at the spa! She was that good! She was also super friendly and so sweet! I can’t believe I’m saying this about a dentist but but I’m looking forward to going back in 4 months for another cleaning! I recommend Jody Jones 10 out of 10. 5 FULL stars! - Matt Warren

Maggie is absolutely the best hygienist I’ve ever met. She has so much attention to detail, and kindness and patience along the way. After all my dental anxieties, Jody Jones is where I wanna be. I feel safe and cared for there.

I am highly disappointed with my recent experience. The clinic scheduled my dental cleaning appointment less than 6 months from my last visit, which resulted in my insurance denying the claim. As a result, I was forced to pay $200 out of pocket. This financial burden was entirely caused by the clinic's scheduling error, yet no one is willing to take responsibility or resolve the issue. To make matters worse, this is not the first time this mistake has happened. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

Maggie is the star of the show. My fave part of going to the dentist is our philosophical conversations and I always rebook her. Not to mention the office is pretty jazzy. Doc takes excellent care of my smile.

There is no other cosmetic dentist with the level of expertise like Dr Jones. A study under the famous Dr Mack, he doesn’t cut corners on his work. His work is art … making sure that every smile is designed for the individual. Every tooth handcrafted from pure porcelain!! This office located on music row is beautiful

This is easily my favorite dental office! Every interaction with the team feels warm and authentic — it feels like visiting a knowledgeable family friend for care. Maggie is incredibly meticulous and has a natural way of making you feel like you’ve known her for a lifetime. I actually look forward to my dental visits here!

In the ten years I've lived in Franklin and now Nashville, I've had five different dentists. I always felt like just another client, not really cared for and not the thorough kind of experience I expect, so I kept looking. With Dr. Jones and his team, I finally feel like I've found my place. Everyone in the office is friendly and professional and Miranda is a wonderful hygienist. Dr. Jones is patient and answers all my questions with compassion. I have complete trust in him. My husband agrees as he became a patient based on my recommendation and also had a great experience having a tooth pulled and a crown for the first time. I highly recommend this practice.
