The dentist are professionals that perform great at their job. I did have some issues with the administration staff regarding our account and payments. This was very frustrating because I had to back log my payments due to invoices being sent incorrectly and administrative staff incorrectly informing us the total on my account balance. However, by working the Frankel team regarding my account we were able to settle our complaints and they provided us with more than moderate discount for our troubles. I would work with them again because when issues arised they accepted accountability and they provided us a great service regarding dental care and my Invisalign package.
I just want to give Mason her absolute kudos. My 5 year old was anything but ideal during his appointment and Mason was an absolute pro. She stayed calm and patient, she did an incredible job maintaining professionalism while caring for us. Frankel is lucky to have her and I can’t recommend her enough.
I arrived at my scheduled dental appt today at Frankel Dentistry today. The receptionist stated that they started a new policy two months ago that you must confirm your appointment the day prior or it is cancelled. I received no notification of this policy. If a company is going to institute such a policy, I would think that they would have a text notification system in place or would have contacted me. This is extremely frustrating and infuriating.
good service
Exceeds all my expectations. Im a long time patient who enjoy coming in and seeing Tabitha's bright smile. You can tell she is a hard worker amd cares for her patients. She always gives off positive vibes as well. Keep up the good work 👏
April 29th I got a filling for a cavity. Keep in mind, I have a retainer I wear every night. The doctor, Dr. Hasan Abbas, told me that the reason why I was feeling a gap in between my tooth and my retainer was because of the numbing (It wasn’t.) He completely dismissed everything I was explaining. The amount of pain I was in when I bite down, eat, drink, ect. Even as far as getting migraines so bad that I would have to lay down. When I got the filling in, it felt so rushed, the hygienist working on my filling didn’t take her time at all, and ultimately, I paid for it financially, physically and emotionally. My tooth was drilled so much, almost tilted upward towards my gum. When I came back to get the filling to fit around my retainer on April 1st, already so nervous, and voicing my concerns, I was again, brushed off. He started getting snippy with me as I was explaining the best I could with what I was feeling, not going through the schooling he did. How could a DOCTOR not understand every way a filling could affect your mouth is beyond me, truly. Then, WITHOUT NUMBING the first time, drills the filling. It hurt so incredibly bad to the point where I jerked my head. He said in an annoyed and angry tone, “you need to raise your hand” which by the way, I wasn’t told at all going into today. I reacted the way I did because it HURT. I broke down sobbing out of frustration and anger because I felt so much pain and, on top of that, my anxiety spiked. The same thing happened again, this time time, with the numbing barely kicked in. He ended up fixing it, but the emotional distress and quite honestly traumatic experience, has made me feel so unseen and not heard at all. There is no amount of apologies and anything else they’d say that will make me go back to that facility, let alone with THAT doctor. He immediately drilled my filling without letting the numbing kick in. There needs to be better standards in place to ensure what happened to me, won’t happen to anyone else. Do better.
I had a filling come out. Thinking the office wouldn’t be able to help me. No, Tabitha got me in the same day afternoon. The team was wonderful. Consisted of Dr Ahmed, Mendi and Shannon. What was a bummer, ended up great! Thank you very much!
4 years ago I had a root canal done on my lower left side of my mouth. I had to have a crown made and had to keep a “cap” on my tooth for a couple weeks until I went back to get my real crown put on. In these couple weeks, I experienced a lot of pain on the tooth i just had a root canal on. When I came to get my crown put on, I made SURE to speak on the pain I was having in my tooth that i just had a ROOT CANAL done on and shouldn’t have ANY feeling in. My feelings were dismissed and I was told that I shouldn’t be able to feel anything because i had a root canal and that I was fine. These past four years i’ve had reoccurring pain in that tooth constantly and the last few days it became UNBEARABLE. I finally got into the dentist this morning had had to have my tooth fully extracted because there was a giant crack in the piece of tooth they left down in my gums during my root canal. If they would have caught this 4 years ago when I initially complained about still having pain in that tooth, I wouldn't be in this situation. I wouldn’t have been in such bad pain that i haven’t been able to sleep in 3 days. There patient quality care has gone down tremendously. I used to love going here and felt so comfortable with my dentist, now it seems like they’re constantly shuffling through new dentists which is a bad sign IMO. I will NEVER be back to this establishment.
The doctor and nurse excellent but the accountant and check out staff so rude and indifferent I went to Frankel years ago even went to his father but with new office higher prices and it seemed like they kept finding more charges after I would pay and pay I finally kept asking this is it right then low and behold I get a bill so I stopped going after 20 I went back and same problem worked out price after working with my insurance I was finished right yes now 2 months later I received a called from said office we want to close our books out and your insurance did pay full price you OWE US MORE MONEY 162.00 more who’s faults is this not mind and please don’t blame my insurance beware of hidden charges wish old dad was still with us time to find new dentist
