I actually found Just Smiles through ChatGPT as a reference. I made my appointment and was scheduled to come into the office for a consultation. I made them aware ahead of time because you have to fill out a questionnaire that I had extreme fear from dentistry, and I had not been to see a dentist in quite some time because of that experience. The staff was extremely nice. I felt safe and Dr. Phil was everything. He took the time to explain to me what was going on, and my options. The most important thing for me was he acknowledged my fear which made me feel safe. I will be back to them to have whatever procedures that need to be done and I’m very grateful that I found them because feeling safe is one of the most important factors for me. I had my first appointment at Just Smiles last week for my 6-month checkup, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. My cleaning went smoothly, was painless, and overall I had a positive experience. There were a couple moments during the cleaning where the hygienist rested some of the tools on my chest, which caught me a little off guard since that's not something I've experienced before. It seemed unintentional and harmless, and she was otherwise very friendly and did a thorough job cleaning my teeth. Overall, I'd still recommend Just Smiles for their welcoming atmosphere and caring staff.
I recently had the pleasure of going to Just Smiles to get their Zoom teeth whitening service before my wedding. The staff could not have been more friendly and did everything they could to make me comfortable. Dr. Phil is amazing and talked me through the process and addressed any concerns I had. The results far exceeded my expectations and was pretty painless. I know teeth sensitivity is different for everyone but I had little to no discomfort at all after the procedure. Only two hours and a whole new smile later I could not be more thrilled. I highly recommend.
