Update : Someone messed up with billing and the insurance claim check was sent to our house instead of the office. No big deal originally. I called and clarified that's what it was for and told them we no longer live in Austin and I work nights and my husband is on a busy project but we would try to get it there. Within a few days Whitney was blowing up both mine and my husband's phone. When my husband was able to answer she accused us of stealing the money and cashing the check. I had to wake up in the middle of my sleep and take the check so she would stop harassing us. I told them that day we would not be coming back and we still occasionally get calls saying we are overdue for cleanings. It sucks because the dental technicians, assistants, and dentists are amazing but one person ruined it for us. If you're that worried about being paid do the job correctly and have the check sent to the office. Not only did they get me in so quickly during my "dental emergency" the girls in the front were absolutely amazing and kind when it came to working around my schedule. My dental assistant Madhu, is probably the sweetest person ever!! She really took the time and listened to me. She was genuinely concerned and was so smart, able to explain every little aspect of what was happening. She stayed with me and made me feel so comforted! Dr. D'Abadie was great as well! He made sure I was comfortable during my procedures and everything was just how I needed it to be! He also made great jokes. This team made you feel like you were around a family of friends you've known you're whole life!! They are 10/10 awesome!

I came in late in the day, the staff sat me down and did a very thorough evaluation and special mention of Cristal who took the time to explain the options of a very difficult decision I had to make. I mean it, this place is awesome. Nice view out big windows so no claustrophobia. My new home. Thank you so much Cristal.

This is Warden K. and Dr. D'Abadie worked very hard to get my dental work just right to assure I would be comfortable with the changes in my teeth. While he worked he explained what he was doing and why. He was very personable and humorous. He is a very nice man in addition to being a world class dentist. Thank you Dr. D'Abadie.

Dr. D'Abadie is awesome! I hate going to the dentist. However, I never worry about pain or have any anxiety going to see Dr. D'Abadie. He is always able to work me in whenever I have an emergency. Make an appointment today. You'll be glad you did.

Dr. D'Abadie and his staff work to please. They replaced my implant crowns and worked to get it perfect. I appreciate their high standards and willingness to do it over if I wasn't completely happy. Replacing a front tooth is difficult but they are definitely up to the challenge! I went to Dr. D'Abadie for many years but an insurance change caused me to go elsewhere. I never found another dentist or group that was up to the standards of Advanced Dental Care and was overjoyed when they joined my insurance network and I could return.
