Seriously, she’s like a dental superhero! 🦸♀️ From day one, she made sure I felt totally comfortable, and let me tell you, my fears just melted away. My first visit was quite different than my past experiences with dental professionals. I moved out here recently and the Dr. was recommended to me by my Physician. The Dr. took time to actually get to know me, the person first, before exploring my mouth health. She also had layperson diagrams pre-prepared explaining the biology and physics of the mouth and teeth and how teeth and gums interact in the mouth. Once we made it into the procedure suite, she spent a great deal of time explaining each and every part of the exam to me so that I understood each procedure of the exam and why it was an important element of my overall exam. Her dental nursing and assistant Laurie was also very helpful and supportive during the entire process (aside, both of them also display a great sense of humor which completely relaxed me during the initial examination). I am very happy I found Dr. Pham’s practice and genuinely feel that I am I in great hands going forward to maintain my dental health.
