Everyone at Dental Associates makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience. My hygienist Ester is always so kind and professional.

My first consultation with Dr Tydir was exceptional, she was very thorough and professional. Her dental assistant, Mabel, was just as professional and kind. I would highly recommend this practice.

​I visited Dental Associates of Kendall on September 8, 2025, for a consultation regarding a sleep apnea oral appliance. My experience revealed a shocking lack of professional integrity and organization that potential patients should be aware of. ​During the consult, Dr. Elvin Silvestry insisted I had a cavity (specifically on tooth #4DO) and refused to proceed with the sleep appliance until it was filled. As I have not had a cavity since childhood and was asymptomatic, I requested my X-rays so I could have my regular dentist perform the filling. When I visited my primary dentist later that week (9/12/2025), we discovered two alarming facts. First, the X-rays Dental Associates of Kendall emailed to me were not of my mouth; they displayed implants and missing teeth I do not possess. This is a severe failure in record handling and a significant privacy concern. Second, upon examination and taking correct X-rays, my dentist confirmed I had absolutely zero cavities. Had I not sought a second opinion, I would have undergone an unnecessary procedure on a healthy tooth. ​To compound the clinical failures, the administrative information provided was entirely misleading. During intake, I was assured they handled medical insurance for sleep devices, and they took copies of my medical card. When I followed up regarding the diagnostic errors, the staff completely reversed their position, stating they do not deal with medical insurance and that I would be responsible for the billing—a direct contradiction to what I was told during my consultation. ​Between the attempt to treat a non-existent cavity, the distribution of another patient's X-rays, and the misleading insurance information, I cannot recommend this practice.

My Family and I truly love the attention received at Dental Associates of kendall. The office and medical staff are wonderful. Doctor Tydir and her team are exceptional!

Best dentist in south FL. Professional, honest , have been getting my cleanings done for years now excellent. Did wisdom tooth removal all 4 where they referred me went smoothly will definitely refer to anyone looking for dental. My smile is all natural no braces. Healthy gums and mouth thanks to them!!!
