Edit: 12/28/24 My son had a tooth ache, he's 5. I called and left 2 voicemails the week before christmas, during business hours, nobody returned my call. I ended up making an appointment at Akron Smiles and they seen him next day, turns out he has cavities and will need caps. I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THIS DENTIST OFFICE. I'm so happy I found a wonderful dentist. Not only good at was he does but he has you laughing from start to finish Ive been here now 3 times for myself and one time for my son. Forget being nervous around him..Dr Pratt your amazing and have my 4 year old EXCITED about his next dentist visit. His dental assistant Laurie was so good at what she does, explained every step that she had to do and made me feel so comfortable. It's like I've known her for years. Anyways you have a great group of people and they all work together as a team to give you an awesome experience. Thank you.

The staff at Kenmore Dental are awesome. Everyone is very helpful and kind. Erin a dental hygienist is very thorough and gentle. Dr Pratt is super nice and caring. Everyone has the patient best interest in mind. Thank you so much for your office. I would recommend Kenmore Dental to everyone.

My mother got a full denture with them last year but they didn't give her the denture to 8 months later because the doctor made a mistake and got her a partial. My mother never used the partial or the denture that she got after 8 months and I'm writing this review in their waiting room because she still in pain when she put the denture on. DO NOT GO TO KENMORE FAMILY DENTAL Save your time and money and go to a good dentist You will thank me later We been in the waiting room since 9:30 this morning and now it's 11:20 and my mother the 89 years old women still waiting to be seen 😞 11:30 now they got her to the room and she's waiting again just so they can do a adjustment to her denture This is the first time I post a review

Every-time I come I have an amazing experience!! Today I came in with dental pain and Dr.Pratt did my extraction.. he was phenomenal and so was the dental assistant! He’s always so funny and he keeps you engaged.. he made sure I was good from start to finish and it was my first extraction on a molar!! He is sooo top tier! I love this office they have amazing staff including the office staff! 5 stars for sure!

First time visiting this dentist after having tooth pain and I have to say this was the best dental experience I've ever had. I avoid doctors and dentists at all costs but if I would of found this one sooner I would of actually went a long time ago. Dr. Pratt was amazing along with all the staff. Wait time was minimal, office was clean, and staff was friendly. Felt very comfortable with everyone. Did take 3 weeks to get in but I called at least 12 dentists beforehand and they were booked 6-9 months out so I'm not complaining about that either. I'd recommend this place for sure. Side note if you're looking for the normal stuffy dental experience this isn't the place for you. Everyone here was down to earth and talked to me like a person rather than just another patient. 5 stars from me, and I'll be seeing them again soon for some more work.
