I was on the hunt for a new dentist and I am so happy I found Dr. Jacobs through a friend of his. As soon as I got there, the ladies at the front desk were very nice and professional. Then when I got taken to the back Carolina was so warm and caring, very motherly making sure I was comfortable. Once Dr. Jacobs came in he was very kind and walked me through our game plan, he is very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. He set me up for a deep clean w Dr. Shanley and Carolina assisted him throughout the two day process. Dr. Shanely was very professional and I was happy to see him triple checking his work on me making sure he got all the gunk out. Recovery was an issue for me and he was kind enough to have me come back so he can see how to make it easier on me. He followed up to ensure I was getting better and thankfully I got better over the next weekend. This has exceeded my expectations and I am very happy with the services provided. Overall Dr Jacobs has a great team and you can tell they really care about you and their practice.

Dr Jacobs is absolutely the best dentist ever! I have lived in other places and used other offices and there’s no one better than Dr Jacobs and his team! Kind, sensitive, detail oriented, they really look after their patients. I have used many different hygienists in this office and each one is fantastic. Dr. Jacobs reminds me of the dentists I used to go to when I was a kid. He is friendly, interested in you as a person, and willing to take the time to explain things thoroughly and completely. He always gives you alternatives for treatment and is not pushy. As a result, you know that his advice and recommendations are solid. He was recommended to me by a friend who is a retired dentist, which should tell you something The hygienists are also top-notch and professional. I feel like I get a high-quality of service here. I am very pleased to have Dr Jacobs for my dental needs

He made sure to explain everything with detail and answered all my questions. I’ve had previous dental work and I can definitely say I feel at ease knowing I can trust Dr. Jacobs with my teeth. The atmosphere is very welcoming and clean.

I absolutely love Dr. Jacobs and the whole crew! I used to be terrified of going to the dentist, but Dr. Jacobs puts me completely at ease. He talks to you each step of the way to let you know his progress and always makes sure you're doing okay. I am so comfortable in his office now, that I could literally sleep through dental work. The entire staff is super friendly and makes the whole experience pleasant. I highly recommend!
