I called today…Saturday in an hour before their business was about to close. I spoke with an amazing woman named , Anita. She was kind, thoughtful and helpful. She went out of her way to answer every question I had, gave me reassurance and looked into my insurance when she should’ve been trying to pack up and go home! Anita truly understands that the first person who answers the phone is the Representative of the business!!!

Great dentistry being practiced up here. The two receptionist up front, one’s name is Anita, are Great ladies. They were patient and helpful while working thru an insurance issue (policy changed at the beginning of the year) Dr Kenneth and his assistant were also Stellar. From the moment I walked in I felt cared for and not rushed. Polite people no rudeness whatsoever! Had 18 comprehensive teeth X-rays taken and they talked and walked me thru the entire process. Dr. Kenneth recommended a tooth extraction from a highly rated Oral Surgeon. 5 Star experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good staff, friendly, and efficient. 4 stars because they put me with a different dentist who was out-of-network, resulting in unexpected payment. I would make this my regular office if all dentists were in-network.

My daughter had a routine cleaning here, taking advantage of the flexible scheduling options! Can’t thank them enough for offering Saturdays to help get my busy student to the dentist!

Dr Russell is terrific during his examination and his new hygienist is wonderful. Charity was gentle but thorough during the cleaning. As always it’s nice to see the ladies up at the front who take care of check in and payment. They keep the insurance stuff from being too complicated.

If you come to this place, you're guaranteed to be taken care of like family! Dr Russell and his associates and everyone that works in this building is very helpful and very kind. I've never had a dentist that I trusted so much. They are very honest people and do a great job but most of all, they're not trying to rob your wallet. They help you manage things with your insurance so that it won't be ridiculous to get some work done. I've only been seeing them for the past month and I've had three appointments thus far. My experience has been great every time. They work in a timely manner and don't keep you waiting all day. They really have a great thing going here. And if you're anything like me, you drive about any distance to have a good dentist. Currently I'm driving about 30 minutes each time one way to come visit this place and I can tell you it's worth every minute of travel. I'm recommending everyone I know to this place because he's just that good!

I was beyond impressed with Dr. Russell and all of the staff. I recently moved to this area and have been looking for a good dentist for my family. The entire office was extremely friendly and accommodating. I had a dental emergency and was seen quickly and everything was explained in a very understanding way. Dr. Russell explained what he was capable of doing there and what needed to be referred out. I realize this is just my first appointment but when I walked into the place I was greeted with smiling faces and the atmosphere is very cozy and family like. I will definitely refer others to this practice. Thank you to everyone at Dr. Russell's office.
