Excellent service, perfect facilities, and very attentive staff.

We’ve been coming to you guys for 19 1/2 years. The dentist are fantastic. This would be a five star rating with the reason why they’re getting a three star rating is because they are now implementing AI use. You have to go through the wall of AI before you can ever get to a human. I’ve had three mouth surgeries since January 30 and it is now May 22. I was almost in tears at a frustration because AI couldn’t understand me I couldn’t articulate Clearly for it to understand me again I had three mouse surgeries. There’s no way to bypass it. And all I could think about was it uses a bottle of water every time you ask a question and it does a demand. I’m pretty sure a half a case of water was utilized. Just trying to get through to a person. We are in a statewide 100% drought. It literally took me 4 to 5 minutes to before I could talk to a human because AI couldn’t understand me. Maybe it’s time to find a different practice who doesn’t dive into AI Getting to a human was way more complicated than it ever should have been we have limited drinking water and it was very physically painful to try to get that AI to understand me my mouth hurts. And when I brought my kiddo into you guys six months ago, you guys did not have AI set up. I think it would’ve been easier to drive there but we’re in a gas crisis right now or gas is 4.99 a gallon. And I actually thought because the system couldn’t understand me that I was gonna have to drive 18 minutes to make an appointment. But outside of that, I’ve trusted them with both of my children for so long they really do excellent work. I would’ve loved to have them as my dentist has an adult. I remember 19 1/2 years ago I took my oldest in for an appointment. She was really good with them, and she just wanted to look at the youngest and his first tooth literally just broke through the skin earlier that week. And with the exception of the 4 1/2 years, we were in Texas. But since moving back, they are the folks who was taken care of my kid. But the AI really got me upset because it made it 1000 times more complicated than it needed to be. And then I still have to answer the same exact questions to the receptionist that I answered AI exact same information so we wasted water for nothing. Do you guys need to build something and where people can bypass AI. Especially if someone like myself recently had multiple mouth surgeries. Coming from a dentist that put their profit above my health and well-being that I walked around with the inspection for two years so they had to cut a lot of bone out of my face. So when I say I’m in pain, I mean, I’m in pain. I felt like a very cruel joke dealing with AI in a drought.. I don’t like AI I avoid using it whenever possible I think using AI internally in your businesses, your business, but forcing patrons and customers to use it when they have good reason not to use it, especially when it inhibits and obstructs clear connection for appointments. The AI is the only reason why you guys are getting a three star otherwise you guys will get a five star but I love you guys too much to give you a one star over AI and if I didn’t like you guys at all let alone love you guys you guys would get a one star over the AI.

They are so friendly towards my two kids! Very straight forward but friendly with parents on what needs to be done and how they can help... Ill keep recommending this place to all the parents I know

Newer location, staff is very welcoming and caring. I would highly recommend this location for child dental care.

They had my daughter scheduled last week for a dental appointment and call me while I’m on the way already to cancel because power supposedly was out, someone scheduled me this morning for her dental appointment and nobody is at the clinic, 2nd time in a row just wasting our time and her time out of school

I have taken my daughter since she was 2 and Dr. Julie and her team are amazing! My daughter is so comfortable we havebt had any issues and the team is just the sweetest!
