We love our dentist. She truly is in the right field because I couldn't imagine anyone better. So welcoming, kind, and informative. My girls look forward to the dentist everytime and as a mom, I leave feeling like my kids have had the best care!
One of the best Kid’s Dentistree Clinic. Everyone is very friendly and have positive attitudes. They treat us with kindness, respect and compassion. Even if I have to drive an hour away to take my kids there and it’s still making me feel happy because they do care about children.
Ms. Kay was absolutely amazing so patient, kind, and understanding. The doctor was great as well! Even when my son wanted to leave, she took the time to engage with him, tried to play, and even put on his favorite show to help him feel more comfortable. She went above and beyond, even giving him two little ducks, which he loved. My son has autism, and finding providers who truly understand and support his needs means everything to me. Ms. Kay showed so much compassion and effort, and it did not go unnoticed. That level of care really meant a lot to us. I’m so grateful for the positive experience!
We had a great teeth cleaning visit. They were amazing with my 3.5 year old. The staff explained everything to him before using any tools on him.
Hello Ms Wilson Let me start off by saying I have been to this location for over 17 yrs and had 2 kids one who is adult now attend this location. So my loyalty was only due to the top tier service that I received until today. We arrived an signed in at 8:47am on February 19th 2026 and our scheduled appt was at 9:00am. At 9:15am after watching several appts walk in and be seen immediately I approached the front desk and asked why have we not been seen. We didn’t ask for a specific dentist. My son needed to go to school as soon as possible. They did not have any answers as to why. Which is why I’m complaining. I want to seek higher leadership and fill out a form to express my concerns. After a very long year of fighting and taking my son to multiple dentist office in order to get the dental work he needs, we took him into kids dentistree on outerloop and they got him set up and scheduled to have the work done without to much of a wait. Everyone in this office is VERY friendly and made my son feel very comfortable and welcomed. They did a great job explaining the treatment plan and outlining what needs to be done. The office was clean and well maintained. We are VERY grateful to this office and the staff for their ability to work around our complicated insurance situation and their ability to do the work that needs done in a timely manner.
My 11 month old did great there, he loved the ladies there. They did a wonderful job with him, and he was so happy to be there. My baby was so happy to be there, him and I were greeted by the ladies whom were just so sweet. I couldn’t recommend this place more! Definitely worth it!
