On four separate occasions/appointments I asked to be told in advance what I would owe out of my personal pocket that insurance did not cover. Each visit when I checked out I was told I owed additional money. This 4th visit when I shared my displeasure (no foul language) I was made to feel gaslighted. Office manager comes out and tells me to leave because she stated I was speaking mean to the front desk. I’m 70 years old on a fixed income and cannot have financial surprises. I told the OM to please have my dentist call me and was told “I handle his calls” I love my dentist there. I have never in my life been ugly to anyone. But I’m going to stand up for myself, and when I have to point out on 4 different occasions my requests being ignored and being made to feel condescension from the employees because I’m not wealthy is extremely hurtful. I had just explained my former husband I take care of was getting close to death. Unbelievable
Dr. Owens is truly an amazing dentist. Attentive and caring. The staff at the reception greets warmly seating the tone. Garrison is THE best.
I had a traumatic tooth incident on vacation. After receiving emergency dental surgery, I came home for Dr. Liz and her team to evaluate. Over the last 8 months, she has patiently put my teeth back together. My vacation incident compromised the teeth surrounding it, as well. She made a comprehensive checklist of the treatments needed and we have slowly checked them off. When things haven't gone perfectly, she was able to pivot, figure out how best to proceed and got us back on track quickly. Whenever I have any discomfort, she discusses the issue and settles my mind. Dr. Liz is just a really, really intuitively sensitive dental professional. The rest of the team takes their example from the top and are equally attentive to patients' needs. If you want dental professionals who listen to your needs and make a plan without pushing their own agenda, consider making Kidder Dental your home. She created a beautiful new facade on my front tooth with a welcoming demeanor and unparalleled attention to detail. Coupled with a flawless cleaning by my hygienist, Garrison, and the dental assistant, Beth’s, kind and calm bedside manner, the Kidder Dental team are an unstoppable force. 1000/10 worth the visit!
Dr. Kidder is not only a professional at the top of her career, but she’s also a wonderful human being. In addition, all people working for her are polite, detail oriented, and great at all their jobs, from reception to the dental higinests attending to my every need. Christian today did a great job.
I just had a professional cleaning and whitening and both the hygienist and the dental assistant did a very thorough and careful job. I had put off getting a professional whitening for a long time because of the cost. I was under the impression that it was just a somewhat stronger version of what you can buy at the store. That is far from the case. The process takes about an hour and a half and the dental assistant is with you the whole time, monitoring your progress, making constant adjustments, and making sure you are comfortable. And the results are excellent. Visiting Kidder Dental is always a great experience. Our family has been using this practice for 10 years and wouldn’t consider anyone else. Both Dustin and Liz are skilled and caring dentists and everyone on staff is as friendly as they are professional. Highly recommend!
