This place is amazing! Fast service, extremely nice staff and my kids love it here!!!!
Staff did a good job with kids cavities. The downside - I was never given the yellow form that explains treatment preparation. I could have planned the day of her appointment better if I had received this. I did not know about the form until leaving from the actual appointment. In addition, I had to make a second appointment which I could have been told sooner about rather than the day of the appointment as staff neglected to realize that they could not treat both teeth at the same appointment.
Had my twins come here for their first dentist appointment today! I was bit nervous because my boys were quite scared, but all the wonderful ladies at Kids First Dentistry were so kind and helpful that now my boys are excited to go back! I am very happy with the experience we had! Highly recommend!
My son had the privilege to be cared for by Miss Latoya who was very professional and made our 4 year old feel safe, comfortable, and valued enough that he did not fight cry and was finally able to get the care needed with out me holding and restraining him and still not even getting his teeth photographed. I thank you Miss Latoya for your patience and care and will be scheduling all future care when your available.
Second time coming here and left without treatment both times. They really push full sedation anesthesia for simple treatments. This was an emergency dental visit and I had to bring my son back home in pain no treatment, no pain meds, antibiotics, nothing. Will not be returning.
Great pediatric dentist office! Took my kiddos for their first dentist appts (7y and 3y) and it went better than I could have ever anticipated. We're new patients and we waited less than 5 minutes for the appt to start. The staff, technicians and dentist were all phenomenal. They got us in and out quickly with X-rays and cleaning all coming in right at an hour (maybe less). They coordinated their appts so they were seen at the same time and offered little toy treats post-cleaning. The kiddos can watch a TV show with headphones on while they get their teeth cleaned which is a wonderful distraction. Something I wish I had when I was growing up! Definitely worth it!
