⭐ Very bad experience. I called the day before because my children don’t have insurance, and I was told it would be $70 per child, including a cleaning, cavity check, and X-rays. When I arrived, they changed the price to $100. Then they told me they couldn’t do the X-rays and that I would need to schedule another appointment and pay an additional fee. On top of that, the customer service was very poor. We were treated rudely and made to feel uncomfortable, almost as if we weren’t going to pay for the service. I don’t think it’s right to change the price and what’s included after a customer has already arrived.

Good overall care second time my 1yr old has to wait over an hour for his appt. Other than that the long wait for the little one my teen has been coming since a toddler

I bring 6 or my grandchildren here and they do a great job. Especially with my special needs grandson.

All my kids actually go to this dentist office. The Friday special needs clinic visits holds a place in my heart. My youngest has dual diagnosis of autism and ADHD.So despite his several behavioral issues they have so much patience with him. They are very accommodating to his sensory issues that allows him to get through the visit. I truly appreciate the entire team!! 🙂

This program is amazing! My son has benefited so much from the extra time, patience, and understanding they provide. He will actually sit through a whole visit, which had previously been extremely challenging. I highly recommend this program!!

I highly recommend the Inclusion Program at Kid Smiles. My daughter has Autism and ADHD and this program offers longer slot times to have extra time to help your kids overcome their fears of the dentist. The staff there is kind and caring, but most of all patient with the little ones. The Inclusion programs sets aside special days during each month just for children with any anxieties or disabilities so they dont feel overwhelmed with the hustle and bustle of a regular day at the dentist. The staff takes the time to ensure your child is comfortable. They also give the children little gifts to let them know they did a great job! I am so happy this program was created!

Great great great facility! Patient and kind doctors in the back and amazing customer service from the lady at the desk on the computer that helped me set my follow up appointment, explained further instruction and was very knowledgeable! My daughter has sensory overload she even took her time with that!!

They scheduled the whole city for the time then have you sitting in there for 5hours just tell they going to have to come back and get the work done. But to have every seat with somebody in it and then to schedule my appointment a month out because you ain’t like me saying it was too many people there like then yall take the kids to the back have them waiting until yall get the first group of kids done like yall need a better system. Cause this is complete chaos every time.

Always a great experience! Just wish there was wifi like most medical offices. I was there for over an hour while my three kiddos were seen.

Been taking my kids here for years. Seems to be more busy now adays compared to the past but I still love it here. Staff always nice and professional and i don’t wait long when i come for my kids appointment
