Good experience

I’ve been seeing Dr. J for year and have no plans to stop even though his office is far from my house. This practice is fantastic. They have the patients best interests in mind when deciding on treatment plans. Over the past few years everyone has been friendly, thorough and honest. I recommend you give this place a try. **This is an updated review 1/20/25. My initial review was positive, but was from when I first became a patient. I figured an updated review might be useful. **2026: another updated review and this is still the best office I've ever been to.

Kierland Dental Arts has been a refreshing change! We made the switch almost 3 years ago and continue to be happy with our decision. Last night at dinner I lost part of my 13 year old bridge. I called Kierland Dental Arts after hours and left a voicemail. Their automated answering system actually sent me a few appointment options for two days out. This morning, they called and wanted to see me later this morning. Problem has been temporarily fixed and I’m scheduled for the long-term fix in Oct. Very accommodating, enjoyable to work with and very patient oriented! Thank you KDA!

This has truly become our family dental office, and I’ve brought my whole family here. Dr. J is an exceptional combination of professionalism and genuine care. He always greets you with a smile, never makes you feel rushed, patiently answers every question, and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. I also really appreciate how approachable the entire practice is. When you call, you can actually speak with a real person who listens to your concerns and helps you get the information you need. That kind of personal attention is becoming rare. My son was the last in our family to join the practice, and after his first visit, he immediately said this was the only dental office he wanted to go to. He was actually disappointed to learn that Dr. J isn’t an orthodontist too! What impressed me most was the way the team welcomed him, acknowledged him directly, listened to him, and treated him with the same respect they would give an adult. That’s exactly what children want - to feel seen, heard, and taken seriously. We feel very fortunate to have found a dental practice we trust with our whole family.

I hadn't seen a dentist for about 11 years and was afraid and ashamed of my teeth and their condition. The entire office was friendly and accommodating and made me feel welcome. The work has been nothing but outstanding. From cleanings, to fillings, to polishing and refreshing my smile, I'm no longer afraid to smile, and know Kierland Dental Arts are truly working toward my best dental health available. I've now had 3 sessions of fillings, and general repair, as well as visual aesthetic work, beyond just health maintainence, and am actually looking forward to finish the work I need and moving toward a continued health routine. Dr Jeff and the whole team provide a great retinue for keeping my smile as amazing as it has become and could be.

I received a recommendation to Kierland Dental Arts and I couldn’t be more delighted with my experience. I chipped a tooth and Beth was able to schedule an appointment quickly. The entire staff is welcoming and attentive and Dr. J is by far the best dentist I have ever had. It is clear that Dr. J has brought together a team of professionals that truly care about their customers. He takes the time to explain everything and ensure you are comfortable and his staff know what it means to serve. I highly recommend Kierland Dental Arts.

Kierland Dental is attentive and professional. The front desk staff are friendly and accommodating, and the hygienist, Alex, is great at listening to my dental routine and suggesting ways to increase my health. He does a great job at routine cleaning, and I leave excited about how my teeth shine! I have gingivitis and Dr. J. works with me on a routine that works for me. I am a mouth breather and need to do at-home fixes, but his care is above and beyond!

Dr. J as I call him is very compassionate fun always makes sure you are are satisfied 100% with his work which is excellent. Dr. J coordinated an outstanding staff Roxanne Lexi, Jenny and Beth are amazing kind and so much fun its family to me they always go the extra mile to make sure I am okay as I use a walker.Just recently I was late for an appt Beth called to make sure I was okay be safe she said. I got to office 1/2 late Jenny came outside to assist me with my walker and to see if I was okay what amazing compassionate human beings. As I walked in Roxanne was waiting and made sure I was okay as well I cried as I was feeling sad I was late and was disoriented. Roxanne got me water and Beth kleenex to wipe my tears all so comforting to me telling me we all go thru days of confusion you are okay. When I saw Dr. J I apologized for being late he didn't care just that I am okay he is a great human being and greatest dentist I ever had. 🦷🪥😃
