Kind Family Dentistry

I’m so impressed with Kind Family Dentistry, not only are they kind they go above and beyond to help. From the wonderful receptionist Laura to the fantastic and talented Dr K. aswell as his assistant Leslie all were professional and good at what they do. I have had horrible experiences Dentists before, and they changed my point of view. They changed my heart. They made me feel comfortable . I highly recommend making your appointment with them! Hi, it was my first time coming to this dental office. I absolutely love it. The staff are so welcoming, helpful and nice. The dentist is amazing and very professional. The first desk staff was kind. The hygienist was awesome. The dentist on the other hand lacks compassion and empathy. This has been the most horrific experience I’ve encountered with a dentist. I went in for a filling, suffered in pain for a week. Went back in to see the dentist and he was not (kind) asking me what I wanted him to do. I had to remind him multiple times that I was the patient and he was the dentist. All I know is came in for a filling prior to no issues with the tooth and now I am in pain. Left his office still in pain and he advised me to take Advil and see a specialist for a root canal. Luckily I found a dentist across the street and was competent and showed compassion to address and fix the issue and now I am pain free, no thanks to Kind Dentistry.

This was the first time as a new patient. From the first phone call, to being greeted by the office everyone was welcoming and friendly. I found the hygienist to be that way also. At the end of the visit I met the dentist for the first time. He also was professional and friendly. He looked in my mouth and asked if I had any questions. He actually took the time to listen to me. I was never rushed. Honestly I had been looking for a dentist for a long time (I moved away from my old dentist I loved) To sum it up if you’re looking for a professional, friendly office staff and dentist this is your office. Give them a try like I did. You won’t be disappointed. This is my honest review.

Laura at the front desk was amazing. She was very patient with my multiple calls trying to get appointments for my family scheduled. The office was very nice and clean. Joe, our hygienist was very patient even when my son was trying to grab all the utensils. It was somewhat of a longer commute from our house, but I will continue going here because of my great experience.
