She actually examined my scalp properly with a specialized lens instead of just tossing expensive shampoos at me. I consulted a dermatologist about skin issues that came up after I moved. The dermatologist recommended a HydraFacial procedure, and that was basically where the consultation ended. I didn’t like the result at all: instead of serums and a proper mask, they use a sheet mask, and the protocol is much shorter than at another clinic. I’d had a similar procedure at another local clinic before, and the difference in results is huge. I chose this clinic because I was looking for a Russian speaking doctor and based on the high ratings here, that was a mistake. Many reviews focus only on the friendly atmosphere and don’t mention the results at all. The next day, it felt as if I hadn’t had anything done. The level of consultation doesn’t match that of a professional clinic at all; it felt more like a chat over tea: you could try this, you could try that, no specifics, no clear protocol. The doctor relies on promotional brochures for Bioderma etc. cosmetics, is all. If you’re just looking for friendly conversation without results, then this is the place for you; for serious concerns, I wouldn’t recommend it.

I was visiting Dubai as a tourist when I suddenly developed severe back pain radiating into both legs, a herniated disc. KindCare gave me an appointment with Dr. Timur Kalinichenko for the very next morning. Communication via WhatsApp beforehand was fast, clear and honest. Prices were stated upfront, and everything was done exactly as promised in the chat. Dr. Kalinichenko examined me thoroughly, explained the findings in a way I could understand even without any medical background, and then gave me the injection. Nothing extra was pushed on me, which I honestly didn't take for granted at a private clinic. I felt noticeably better shortly after the treatment. If you need medical help while travelling, I can recommend this clinic and Dr. Kalinichenko without hesitation.

Категорически не рекомендую эту клинику. Позиционируют себя как русскоязычную клинику с качественным сервисом, но по факту на месте, кроме терапевтов, почти ничего нет. Для сдачи анализов отправляют ехать 25–30 минут в другую клинику. Прописывают дорогостоящие анализы, которые ненужны. Клиника, куда нас отправили, находится в неудобном месте, на третьем этаже, выглядит очень слабо организованной. Там нет нормального интернета, нет Wi-Fi и даже мобильная связь практически отсутствует. Ждать там крайне неудобно. При этом цены в основной клинике заметно выше рынка — по моему ощущению, в 2–3 раза. За такие деньги ожидаешь нормального сервиса, а не необходимости ездить по разным местам. Очень плохой клиентский опыт. Никому не советую.
