Honestly, could not thank the staff and practice enough. AMAZING experience with my little one who is autistic, very welcoming, supportive and helpful, made the experience filled with ease. As a SEN mom, this support meant alot so thank you

Come on, surely so many people can't be wrong in their deep criticisms of this decaying place which should be rooted out!! Such a truly TERRIBLE VEENERED DENTAL PRACTICE with a passive aggressive, and hostile tense atmosphere and unprofessional, super apathetic being perpetuated by a 'certain profile' of front desk and dental staff.. Business model is simply a how can we, and from who best to extract (pun) the most money from? one. Hence the cherry picking and efforts to be more fake to cash cows. I'VE LEARNT, LIKE OTHERS HERE TO NOT AUTOMATICALLY TRUST THEIR COMPETENCE, INTENTIONS OR THE PROPOSED COURSE OF WORK NEEDED AS ITS LIKELY PRIMARILY LINKED TO WHAT PAYS THE MOST VS THE TIME AND EFFORT AND SKILL REQUIRED, AND THE PATIENTS ABILITY TO PAY. HENCE BEING TOLD, LET' TAKE A QUICK LOOK (£S) , TAKE A XRAY (£S), TALK AND GROOM PATIENT (£S) AND REBOOK FOR WORK/A PROCEDURE THAT GOING TO A DIFFERENT DENTAL PRACTICE FOR A 2ND OPINION WOULD EITHER NOT EVEN NEEDED, NOT APPROPRIATE OR THE RIGHT COURSE OF ACTION FOR THE ISSUE!! Another warning... Do not criticise or complain as you will face denial, and be targeted for removal.. Better to just leave quietly and upload feedback to support many others negative experiences! No doubt as with other negative comments (but NEVER with the often fake ones, they will reply by stating:... 'Sorry you have had a bad experience however after searching your name on our patient list we do not have you registered at our practice'... What a clever 'get us off the hook' counter lol Zero Stars!!!!!

Changed appointment several times. Very rushed, didn't feel the dentist really checked my teeth properly. Literally rammed an xray plate in my mouth and seemed irritated when I remarked on it and adjusted it myself to make it more comfortable. Very abrupt and rushed. Receptionists are completely lacking any empathy, patience or customer care. Not impressed with the practice at all.

Lima Ali is my dentist and I can’t fault her. As a very nervous patient she’s always been incredibly kind to me. Even after I panicked and had to leave. The next day and had me back and finally got my tooth out. Absolutely nothing but nice things to say. The reception staff are also incredibly helpful, friendly and reassuring.

LIMA ALI the dentist here is a bully. I have reported her further, the practice manager is also extremely rude and lacks social skills. Unfortunately this dentist is ran by power hungry staff with zero care for patients

The worst dentist I have been to. The receptionists are awful they speak so rudely to the patients I almost feel like they pick and choose who they want to be nice to! Can never get an appointment. I have complained to the nhs I will see this through to the end as this is not the first time I’ve experienced this!!!

Really lovely practice. Receptionist staff were warm and welcoming on the phone and on arrival. Quickly registered me as an NHS patient and booked an appointment for the next day. Didn’t have to wait long to see the dentist. The dentist was very friendly and listened to my concerns, she was thorough and fully explained everything she did. Both ladies on reception and the dentist made this a really positive experience for me, especially considering that I am nervous about the dentist. Thank you, this was a great first visit.
