This is a very efficient place. All contact, whether it be by phone, email or text, was clear and timely. Everything was explained to me clearly at every stage of my implant work. Whatever questions I had, which was quite a few in the initial stages, were answered promptly and clearly, and obviously personally directed, rather than being 'off the shelf' responses. Lee was my dentist, and she was excellent at explaining every step, and did her best to make the process proceed with as little pain or stress as was possible.

I highly recommend this dental surgery. The team are always friendly, welcoming and professional, and I really appreciate their honest and straightforward approach. The quality of care is excellent, and I feel I’m always given the best advice without feeling pressured into unnecessary treatment. Great service and very good value for money. A genuinely trustworthy and caring dental practice.

All the staff are professional, polite and very welcoming. The practice (at Great Park) is spotless and well organised and has recently expanded. Our dentist always provided the best advice and all procedures carried out to very high standards. Aftercare was brilliant. Sadly, we are leaving the area and will now have to find a new dentist in Hampshire; I would seriously consider driving back to Newcastle to stay with them 😳 So, if you are looking for first class dental care, then do not hesitate to take advantage of this great practice 👍 John & Karena

Referred here by my existing dentist for reason of superior diagnostics (CT scan) at NAD. I hadn't appreciated there was such a difference between practices. Will Henderson was superb and diagnosed the problem on the first visit. He later did a complex tooth extraction which my existing dentist had not been comfortable to do (and had indicated would need a referral to the dental hospital). The process was entirely painless, the before and after care comprehensive and clear, the TV screen to watch Wimbledon a big bonus. Many thanks to NAD

The practice provides full range of services. I was referred to the practice by my own dentist for complex root canal work. The process was seamless from start to completion, from reception to service delivery by the dentist, who took time to explain the treatment stages, I was made to feel comfortable and at ease The service provided was of the highest profesional standard.

I was looked after by Andrew and I knew within 10 minutes of my consultation that he is who I should have spoken to when I first experienced my abscess and needed a complex root canal. You’re going to get the right treatment plan and be in safe hands with Andrew. His practice is 100% the place to go to before you make any decisions about replacing your own teeth with implants or otherwise.

I was very very nervous and embarrassed of my teeth before my appointment with Dr S Wood. From my first appointment I was made to feel at ease and relaxed. Dr S wood spoke through my options and also gave me time to think about my options, which she also emailed to me in a plan. I decided to get fixed braces. Each appointment was always scheduled often to speed my process up, all the team were professional and caring. I could not recommend this practice enough. Having had other quotes from other local practices for me this was the most affordable and I was able to have all my dentist treatment in one practice from scans, teeth extraction to my braces. I have just had my braces off and couldn’t be happier. Once I have my whitening completed I will upload some photos. Thank you to all the team!!

Can highly recommend this practice. Ive been a patient of Dr Jack Dowling at the Newcastle great park practice for the last 2 years. He was recommended by an NHS dentist who is also his patient He special interest is restorative dentistry. It’s reassuring to know that the practice has the latest technology eg to scan and teeth and check bone density of your jaw also twilight sedation available. Its very reassuring knowing you can get a same day appointment too. Appointments are always on time and all staff treat me with courtesy and dignity. There is also plenty of parking spaces and the reception area is pleasant and welcoming.
