Kirkgate Dental Surgery

I needed quite a lot of dental work over four months and had a number of appointments, all the appointments were easy to book, my dentist Gemma has been wonderful throughout, being clear with what she is doing and considerate of my discomfort throughout the procedure and doing everything possible to reduce this. The practice nurses have been great and the staff at the desk are very helpful and friendly - overall experience has been very positive and I wouldn't hesitate to to recommend this practice

Unfortunately I experienced a lot of pain and discomfort because of several attempts to make my lower denture fit. I’m expecting it will be a few days before it settles down. I don’t like to be negative but my visit with the dentist was unfortunately an unpleasant experience.

The entire Kirkgate Team are to be lauded for their professionalism and friendliness. Visits to the dentist is not something most people look forward to, but this practice definitely makes it so much easier. Dr Hamza is particularly good at explaining your options and reassuring you all will be well, and (hopefully) painless 😊

Outstanding from start to finish. After searching in vain for a dentist that treats you like a human and not a cash cow, we have struck gold with Kirkgate! After having the same dentist for 40 years there were some huge boots to fill after his retirement, but fill them Kirkgate most certainly has! The staff are exceptional from first phone call to when you finish in the chair! Small, friendly, dedicated, patient-focused and abundantly talented. Thank you! I think we’ve certainly found the dentist we’ll be with for the next 40 years!

I've been using Kirkgate Dental Practice since day 1 when it first opened in these premises and have always been very pleased with everything from routine checkups to treatments. Around 2024 there was a change of ownership, but I'm pleased to say the great service has remained the same.
