What to expect on arrival When you arrive for your appointment, let one of the girls know where you would like to wait. At our Flixton practise you can choose from the spacious reception area where you can watch TV, read a paper and catch up on the latest news or relax at our private chill out lounge. All our facilities are fully air-conditioned. We do ask all new patients to fill a medical history form out on arrival of their appointments. This helps the dentist understand if there are any medical conditions they need to be made aware of before discussing any possible treatment. We do ask all new patients for a £20 refundable deposit when booking in for a consultation in order to secure the booking. All deposits are paid via card over the telephone. After the appointment patients can have the deposit either refunded after the appointment by simply handing the card to the receptionist; or we can refund it over the phone if the patient calls the practice with the card to hand. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit and Maestro. Failed appointment fees start from £50.00, emergency appointments start from £25.00 and deposits may be asked to be when booking long appointments. The practice needs to be informed the day before at the very latest; if patients wish to cancel their appointment. Calling on the day of appointment will result in a late cancellation fee which starts from £50.00.
