Excellent service that started from the initial phone call. Having not had the best experiences with previous dental appointments Kreate came with high recommendation. My son has ASD finds dental treatment overwhelming. This was taken on board with empathy and support on my first conversation. We were booked for a check up the following day to avoid anxiety building with a long wait. Welcomed and taken care of from the start. Time given not rushed and listened to. We have booked for further treatment and my son left happy and relaxed. We even had a follow up call to check we were happy. I can’t recommend this practice enough from our first visit. I also want to add for a private dentist I feel that we have been charged a good price for the service provided. Many thanks

My fear of dentists disappeared, thanks to Rishali. She was very professional and put me totally at ease.

Visited as an emergency initially but chose to have further treatment here after being put at such ease. Dr Ayush has been so patient with my nervous nature & I am really happy with the progress we are making with my well overdue dental work. Asmeen the hygienist has also been beyond patient and made my visits really informative and comfortable. The whole team are just genuinely reassuring and really warm with any interactions. This practice has totally changed my perception of dentists & for the first time in my life, I have committed to oral health.

Friendly and professional. I never liked going to the dentist until I started going here. They've done fantastic work on repairing all Nd cleaning my teeth and give great advice on sleeping them healthy.

I had a lovely hygienist appointment with Asmeen and Sharon, one of the best hygienists appointments I have ever had. They were both so lovely and thorough and I want to make sure all my future appointments are with them both!

My experience at kreate dental has been brilliant the staff are exceptional my treatment plan was explained to me in great detail, and I was able to talk about any concerns I had, after treatment Tracy followed up with a phone call to make sure I was ok which was so nice of her, all the staff really care about your wellbeing. I have just undergone extensive treatment at Kreate, including both general and cosmetic dentistry. I started with a check-up to discuss my concerns, was written a treatment plan and then had the work done over a period of several months. Arezo completed my restorative treatment, she was extremely patient, gentle and made me feel at ease. Mihir then took over for the cosmetic work, again making me feel at ease and working with me to create my smile. I had composite bonding on 7 top teeth leaving me with a beautiful, white smile. I now feel confident to show my teeth when I smile - which I would never do before. A special thank you to Shannon who was the dental nurse at most of my appointments and was very caring, ensuring I was always comfortable and cared for. The rest of the team have also been fantastic, arranging appointments, helping me with dental insurance claims and always being so warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone and will be staying with them as a loyal customer moving forward. Thank you all!
