I was referred to Beth at this office to get a second opinion after another office told me I'd need $60k in uncovered treatment. She was extremely compassionate, helpful, and encouraging. While I haven't been actually treated at this office, I very much appreciated Beth's input and will absolutely go to them the next time I need an orthodontist!

Beth Hoyle & her team have been of great support to me as I manage many oral surgeries and dental work in-between invisalign. They have been great problem-solvers and very accommodating to my specific needs. If you're looking for thorough orthodontic care, this is a place I'd certainly recommend!

The location is very nice and the staff are very friendly, but I wouldn’t recommend this location to a friend. I went in for Invisalign several years after receiving orthodontic treatment as a kid since my bottom teeth had started to move again. I was initially told the treatment would take about six months - I guess they forgot to tell me that was just the first round. My treatment ended up taking over a year. Obviously everyone’s teeth are different, but I felt like I was told something faster initially just to make a sale. When I mentioned this during an appointment, I was brushed off. Second, I felt like the staff didn’t always listen to my concerns. I had to ask for additional treatments after they told me that I was done because I wasn’t happy with my results - my two problem teeth were still overlapping. Even now I don’t feel that this was fully resolved but due to the timing issues above I was ready to be done with Invisalign. Every appointment instead focused on the top teeth, which had no problem initially due to a permanent retainer. I’m not sure if this wasn’t clearly communicated in my patient notes, or if no one took the time to review them. Lastly, I felt that Dr. Kunik kept trying to tell me that I had other issues with my smile. I have large front teeth which I love - my smile looks just like my mom’s! But during each appointment that I saw him, he kept asking to grind them down. In fact he began to do so during one appointment and I had to ask him to stop - by then we had to grind down some of the other front tooth too to make things even again. There was no real apology offered for the misunderstanding. I’m glad that other people had better experiences here, so maybe I am an outlier. However, I would recommend looking elsewhere for orthodontic services.

I had a wonderful Invisilign experience with Dr. Kunik and his team. Dr. Kunik is very personable and puts you at ease immediately. Invisilign is an investment and it’s important that you select the right orthodontic team to ensure a great outcome. They are always so helpful and accommodating, answering my questions and never making me feel rushed. This is true of the entire team, from Dr. Kunik and Beth to the front desk staff and all those supporting. I have been with the practice since 2020 and have had appointments at several of his locations. The offices are clean, modern and welcoming. If you are considering Invisilign, I encourage you to contact Dr. Kunik and team. You will be so glad you did! I am!

I am so thankful and deeply appreciative to have gone through orthodontic treatment (Invisalign) with Doctor Kunik and his team. If I could rate above 5 stars, I would. From the very first consult with Beth, I felt very comfortable. She thoroughly explained the process, was flexible in helping me get started, and helped me get the most $$ out of my insurance benefits. All staff are super friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. (I mean really friendly!) Dr. Kunik is an absolute expert in his craft. He is at the top of his field and personally invests in each patient to ensure they are well taken care of. Stop searching for other places for orthodontic care—Dr. Kunik and his team are it! Especially at the Westlake location. You will not be disappointed or regret it. My last appointment at the Westlake location was bittersweet—and I would recommend anyone and everyone to Dr. Kunik without any reservations. My expectations have been more than exceeded, and I am very happy with the quality results Dr. Kunik and his team worked to provide me.
