A very nice and clean and respectful and explained everything from A to z what they was doing and I also have another appointment coming up so yay..... My experience was awesome⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Im not happy that a crown did not last the 5 years it was supposed to, only two years. Had to get it done at another dentist and pay out of pocket. I would not want a repeat of the quality. They were nice about it though.

Sophia help me schedule my very first appointment over the phone and she was such a sweetheart. Extremely kind, helpful and actually made me feel excited to go to the dentist!

I had an excellent experience at Laguna West Clinic in Elk Grove. Dr. Natt was very professional, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff members Phova, Ron, Soo, Carmen, and Phuong were all incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They made the whole visit very pleasant. A special thank you to the manager Jaylene for her kindness and professionalism. You can really see the great organization and care in this clinic. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional and compassionate care.

On their website " Meet the Dentists " they described Dr. Apeksha as an exceptional dentist, and that description is not an exaggeration but a genuine reflection of how she carries herself through her interactions with her patients. Today, Wednesday July 02 2025 at 7:30 am I find myself at the Laguna West Dental Care office to keep an appointment. In the past most of my visits at the Dentists office had been a source of anxiety, but I also know that visiting your dentist is a crucial part of maintaining good oral health. Laguna West Dental Care was prompt in confirming my appointments, the staff are extremely courteous, and Dr. Apeksha's attention to detail in patients care during my oral surgery and tooth extraction was very exceptional, indeed. To Laguna West Dental Care, you were all very friendly, compassionate and helpful. My tooth extraction was painless. Thank you for taking the time to explain everything. You have a wonderful staff and I thank you ever so much for your help and care. Dr. Apeksha is a responsible, dedicated, and ethical dentist. Dr. Apeksha was emphatic and compassionate and for the first time my visit to the dentist office was not a source of anxiety.

I have gone to Laguna West Dental for a few cleanings now and a treatment for my daughters and myself. The clinic is very clean and checking in is easy and all digitalized. The two dental hygienists, Evelyn and Rosa are very kind and patient. The dentist Dr. Sanghvi is very knowledgeable and great at explaining what is happening and the best ways to prevent it from happening in the future or getting worse. I’ve had a great experience every visit and plan to continue coming back.

Hello my experience at Laguna West dental was amazing. My hygienist Vivian always gives me great hygiene cleans also informs me about my gum health.!!! Also, Doctor Shanghai was awesome in helping with my person procedure with my resin composites made a huge difference. !!! She is very pleasant and seems to care about your dental health!!! I will definitely be using her again for any dental procedures. It’s a pleasure to have a doctor that really cares about your gums and teeth and she made my experience very comfortable as I do have anxiety with dental procedures😊
