OMG! I was SOOOO nervous and they eased my mind after speaking with Mrs. Gustavo! She is the ABSOLUTE BEST! My twin got work done from here so I came via her recommendation and me SEEING Dr. Gustavo's work. It looks AMAZING, SERIOUSLY!!! From start to finish! I got an appointment right away! And they actually fit in a FULL Consultation and Comprehensive exam on Wednesday my most concerning areas will be completed on Friday! Not a 2 months later! That quick! No BC, no dragging of feet and they took time to explain EVERYTHING to me. Step-by-Step! So I could be comfortable with my choices. Like most ppl, I'm a little anxious about the dentist...the drilling every thing is just so much...she broke it down into manageable steps for my comfort so I wasn't overwhelmed. God Bless that woman! I was actually cracking up laughing by the time I left. May God Bless you and keep you Mrs. Gustavo!

Dr. Gustavo exceeded every expectation. The crown is absolutely flawless—it blends so perfectly with my smile that even I can’t tell which tooth is the crown! The entire team is kind, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. Even though they’re out of network with my insurance, they took care of all the paperwork and submitted the claim for me. To my surprise, I received a reimbursement check from MetLife for the full amount in less than a week. They made the entire process effortless. Finding a dentist you can truly trust is rare, and I’m so grateful I found Lake Lucerne Dentistry. From now on, this is where I’ll be coming every six months to keep my smile healthy. It was a good experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Gustavo is very good at what he does. He explained the process he was going to perform. His assistant, Angie, made me feel comfortable during the pre-op. I didn't feel a thing throughout the whole procedure. I recommend Dr. Gustavo; he is a top doctor.

I just want to thank the whole staff at Lucerne Dental especially Angelica for convincing me they were the right choice for me and Madeline making sure I understood my plan and involving me in the decision making. Madeline has also made sure that the staff understands my fears and they treat me with such compassion, patience and care. From the initial phone call, when I spoke with yvonne...the entire staff were incredibly professional and made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. I've had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Magdalene she is one of the most beautiful people I've ever met..genuine and warm. Dr. Mehtani was gentle and efficient...Ms. Andrea was assisting super sweet and kind. I literally fell asleep while they worked on me! Believe me I had some work to be done!
