I wouldn’t go to another dentist. Dr. Maddox & the staff at Lake Point Dental are always patient & kind. And along with that, they go above & beyond to make sure your dental experience is not a painful experience. I love this group!!

I had a wonderful visit! I had some anxiety from previous dentists and was nervous about visiting another. I was put completely at ease. Amy took great care of me. She is friendly, professional, and amazing! Dr. Maddox listened to my concerns and helped come with solutions for future care. She was attentive and took the time to answer all of my questions. From check in to check out, this whole team made my experience wonderful and I look forward to my future visits! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience my first visit to Dr. Shannon Maddox’s office. She listened to my symptoms and asked questions in order to evaluate and diagnose my problem. I was very impressed with her knowledgeable and professional staff. They were very caring, made sure I was comfortable, and explained everything as they were doing them. After seeing my previous dentist for over 20 years, his retirement meant it was time to find a new provider. My wife referred me to Dr. Maddox, and I’m very glad she did. Having had extensive dental work in the past, I needed additional care, and Dr. Maddox has done an excellent job helping me get everything back on track. I’ve had such a great experience at Lake Pointe Dental with Dr. Shannon Maddox. I believe I have been with this team for going on 8 years! The care is amazing, scheduling is a breeze, and they’re totally upfront about costs—no surprises, no mysteries, just honest info. The wait times are short, and they’ve even been forgiving when I’ve rolled in a fashionable few minutes late (sorry Amy and Mikala!). So far, I haven’t had anything major done beyond my cleanings, a custom mouthguard and a cavity fill, but when the day eventually comes for something more extensive, I already know I fully trust this team. The whole staff is friendly, easy to talk to, and honestly seems to enjoy working together (which makes the whole vibe less “dentist office” and more “people you actually don’t mind seeing at 9 AM”). Highly recommend if you want a dentist with an excellent team who are great at what they do and also make the whole experience feel less intimidating. I enjoy them so much I have been going for extra cleanings (more than the usual allotted 2x/year covered by insurance) for a low cost out of pocket expense.
