I stopped coming here because of how a cancellation fee was handled. I called the morning before my appointment to reschedule due to not having dental coverage due to switching insurances, and at no point during that call was I informed that I would be charged a late cancellation fee. Weeks later, when I arrived for my rescheduled appointment, I was told I had an outstanding balance. It wasn't until I asked what the balance was for that I found out it was a cancellation fee. I understand that offices have cancellation policies, but I would have appreciated being informed about the fee when I called to cancel rather than finding out at my next appointment. Better communication would have made for a much better experience. Also would like to add that I was not given an appointment card or treatment estimate as my insurance covers so I would not have seen the “cancellation policy”.

Great dentist. Dr. Qazi always takes time to answer my question and takes great care of my teeth.

I’m leaving this review to encourage others to get a second opinion. Last year, this office told me I had multiple cavities that needed treatment. Before moving forward, I decided to see another dentist for a second opinion and I was told I had no cavities at all. I’ve never had a cavity or been prone to having cavities so this was a surprise to me. I’m really disappointed and concerned about the discrepancy. Dental work is expensive and invasive, and patients rely on honest, accurate evaluations. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major treatment here.

Shady and dishonest business practices. Hands down the worst experience I’ve had at a density office thus far. I scheduled a yearly cleaning and decided I wanted composite bonding to straighten out some of my teeth, to which the dentist immediately told me would be a “masculine” trait. Which is odd and rude to someone (a woman). After she does the composite bonding I notice my floss is snagging between my teeth, exactly where she put the bonding. I come back to get it fixed and she has the nerve to charge me $200 for it? She tells me it’s because it’s chipped. My teeth have never in my life chipped for no reason, the moment I get bonding done by her all of a sudden my teeth are chipping? Either she ruined the integrity of my teeth or she’s lying and wanted an excuse to charge me. Either way, she should have been transparent before even doing the work that she was planning to charge me for it. Especially after she specifically said that if I run into any issues with my teeth due to the bonding that she would fix it for free. I wish I had listened to all of the other 1 star reviews

I received Xeomin injections for TMJ disorder from Dr. Quazi in the summer of 2025 after struggling with TMJ for over 15 years. I had tried virtually every treatment available in search of relief from chronic headaches and jaw, face, neck, and shoulder pain caused by clenching—night guards, acupuncture, massage, chiropractic care, dry needling, and craniosacral therapy—with little lasting success. Since receiving these injections, I have been essentially pain-free and feel like a weight has been lifted off me. The improvement in my quality of life has been truly remarkable. I am so grateful for this treatment and would highly recommend it to anyone suffering from TMJ-related pain or discomfort.

Dr. Qazi and Sara are so sweet and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and genuinely want what’s best for me. I had cosmetic procedures done and I have loved the results. The Emface and the Exion are painless ways the tone and texture of my face have been improved. I highly recommend this office!

been here twice now. Doctor is fine, person working front desk is a bit slow and had trouble doing basic math. biggest issue is that every time I’ve tried to call this place, they never pick up and makes this place seem unprofessional due to this fact and the fact that every time I’ve called has been well within business hours. Need appropriate staffing asap otherwise business is going down. I can see there haven’t been many good reviews lately as well, I hope they take these reviews into consideration instead of arguing back at customers.

I’ve been going to Lake Pointe and Dr. Qazi for at least 3 years. For over a year, maybe even 2, I’ve had to wait, wait, and wait longer. There were increasingly not enough staff. Then, she has the nerve to charge me $75.00 for a broken appointment that I cannot find anywhere in a contract.
