The staff is amazing. They are friendly and do everything to make it a pleasurable visit. Dr. Alexandra is kind and caring. Her skills are top notch. I have been going there since the practice opened. I would recommend this dental office to anyone seeking the best care possible.

My dental work has not been minor and has involved many procedures over time, so having a team I could truly trust made all the difference. I’m deeply grateful to Dr. Gupta and the entire team for the outstanding results they achieved. I went to this clinic for a couple of years, and from the beginning it was clear that my dental health was not their priority. Their focus seemed to be on performing as many billable procedures as possible rather than providing proper care. On my last visit, I didn’t request to see the dentist, yet she came in for less than 30 seconds — just long enough to add a $180 charge to my insurance. A treatment that cost over $2,000 was rushed and completed in under 30 minutes, and it was done so hastily that the dentist even skipped an entire tooth. Overall, my experience consistently felt driven by billing rather than patient care.

I was having a bad-faith experience at my old dental office and we decided to try out Lakefront as a change of pace. Little did we know that it would be the best thing we did for our teeth. It was a breath of fresh air to see the entire dental team with such enthusiasm to help. Sydney at the front desk is always accommodating and helpful. Marta is so knowledgeable and is able to coordinate any plan that fits your needs. Alla is able to make anyone feel comfortable and calm, and Dr Alexandria is a master at her craft. The wisdom teeth she was able to pull out from me belong in a museum but she was able to do it without a problem. When the other clinics gave excuses, Lakefront got it done. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking to get personalized help with their smile because you can tell that they care.

Great dental clinic, Marta is super kind and helpful!

Ive been coming here for a long time and the service has slowly gotten worse. Use to have the best hygiene cleaning and experience. Tbey use to put on Netflix and let you relax and the dentist was amazing and never had a issiue. Last 3 appointments no netflix at all. And use to floss under my wire and do a good job. Last 3 times I've had 3 different dentist come look at my mouth and this last dentist (shes indian) I didnt have a problem going in then told me I had 2 cavities. Only fixed one the visit after that and thats where my problem began. Been 6 months and still cant eat off my left side been back twice and one was during a cleaning so I mentioned I was still in pain and wow was the hygienist un professional. Asked me what I think can be done now during the cleaning with a attitude. Then when I finally got her to bring in the dentist that caused the issiue she did absolutely nothing to help. Didn't do the second cavity and said fluoride would help... really. Definitely didnt help and now I dont want to go back so they can charge me another small fortune to do nothing. They were talking about xrays when whatever she did last time to my cavity was the reason I cant eat off my left side. The last 5mins of my last appointment was the first time she put on Netflix since 4 appointments ago. I dont think ill be coming back.

Wonderful experience with Dr. Alexandra and her assistant Alla! Dr. Alexandra is an amazing dentist — very professional, gentle, and caring. She treated my teeth and everything was done perfectly. I always feel comfortable and confident in her care. She was also incredibly kind and friendly with my daughter Alisa, which made the visit stress-free and even fun for her. The little cheetah drawing on the tooth was such a sweet touch! Her dental assistant Alla was also fantastic — very attentive, organized, and supportive throughout the appointment. You can really tell they work as a great team. We are very happy with the service and highly recommend this clinic to both adults and children!

I cannot recommend Dr. Alexandra and her all female team more highly. Her office is the most sophisticated high-tech dental office. I’ve never been in and yet it has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You are immediately put at ease. I have real anxieties surrounding dentists and dental services and so that was very important to me. Every person that you encounter operates at the highest level of professionalism and skill. Dr. Alexandra is wonderful to sit with you and discuss the various pain management options that are available including addressing levels of anxiety that you may feel. Her assessment is incredibly thorough and transparent. She is gentle, kind, professional and puts her patients comfort and concerns first. I feel very lucky to have found Lakefront Family Dental.
