What it does not suit is a Friday problem, because the office runs Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and then closes for a three-day weekend.

Dr. Brad Malley places implants in-house rather than sending the surgical stage to a specialist, and planning starts from a cone beam scan instead of a flat film. That distinction matters more than it sounds. Keeping surgery and restoration under one roof also removes a handoff between offices and keeps one set of records. It does not compress the biology, though. Bone still needs several months to integrate with the fixture before it can carry a chewing load, and if the scan shows thin bone, grafting comes first and pushes the timeline further out.
Alongside that sits a full general practice: checkups and cleanings, gum disease treatment, fillings, CEREC same-day crowns milled on site, digital impressions in place of putty trays, dentures, veneers, whitening, Invisalign and TMJ therapy. Dr. Alex Abernathy shares the general caseload, so there are two dentists to schedule around rather than one.
For adults who have avoided dentistry long enough that the avoidance itself became the problem, sedation is on offer here, and the surgical and restorative sides of the practice both work around it. Emergency space is protected inside the four-day week too. Call early in the day for those, since same-day slots are finite and a Thursday afternoon call is a gamble.

The staff and the dentist here are amazing! They walk you thru everything and keep you very well informed with your options . I will never go anywhere else for my teeth again!!! Dr.Malley is so amazing!!! Adult teeth are tuff and he nails it w a hammer every time (not literally)! Very caring staff!! It’s like I am part of the family! Ashton and Trish always make sure I am comfortable and understand everything and are willing to explain more then once if needed! I feel like a spoiled queen going here for my teeth!!!

Dr. Abernathy was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed. As someone who gets a little nervous about dental visits, I truly appreciated the care and compassion I received.
