Dr. Joe and entire staff are the best I have ever dealt with. Highly recommend them. After trying many dentists in this area the past 20 years , I have finally found a superb office. They are all great people.

Had a wisdom tooth giving me problems. I called the office in the morning and had an appointment with Dr. Joe that very afternoon. I was given an exam and consultation and treated. Great office personnel and service. The office now has a new patient since I was not an existing patient. Recommended highly if needing a great dentist!

I want to thank Joe so much I am terrified of dentist. I had a dental implant put in a week ago today it is completely healed I was so nervous but everyone at Lakeland dentist has made me feel comfortable welcome I can honestly say when I go to the dentist now I'm not scared the team here is absolutely amazing. The cleanings here are excellent. The staff does a thorough job. During my last visit, the hygienist seemed uncomfortable explaining that a dark spot on my gum was simply due to my darker complexion. Instead of just saying that plainly, she awkwardly mentioned she didn’t know my nationality and didn’t want to assume. It was unnecessary and uncomfortable. I’m American, just like her. I experienced other microaggressions at my previous appointments but dismissed it, wanting to give the staff the benefit of the doubt. However, they continued to prove they don't interact with any black person if it's not transactional. This lack of awareness and not engaging respectfully with people with different backgrounds also shows up in the dentist. He can be incredibly condescending and crass. He tends to talk down to patients as if we don’t understand our own bodies. He also handles you roughly, like you’re a practice dummy instead of a real person. He talks in a way that feels out of touch and dismissive, as if he’s not used to engaging with anyone outside of his tax bracket. I hope this office learns to treat every patient with basic respect and dignity — not just provide good cleanings.

Dr. Joe and his staff are the best of the best. He is very good. Makes me feel like I am a part of his family. His hygienist, Corinna, is very detailed too and nice to talk to. She also makes you feel comfortable. The whole staff deserves 10 Gold Stars. Keep up the good work.
