WOW. Just WOW! I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Jankowski! He handled my dental procedure so well, and I’m thrilled with the outcome. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease every step of the way. You can really tell he cares about his patients and is proud of what he does. I would highly recommend Dr. Jankowski to anyone who needs a skilled and caring dentist. I’m so grateful for the great work he did! P.S. The front desk and assistants are OUT OF THIS WORLD. never felt more comfortable at the dentist office.

Did a great dental implant 20 years ago and have received excellent service ever since. The dental technicians (Maranda?) do a spectacular job maintaining and explaining things so I can understand.
I took my 5 year old to get a cavity filled. She is autistic(very mild) with ADHD. She hopped herself up in the chair and was calm and cool. The doctor came in, no warning, no numbing meds, and started filling her cavity. He must've hit something that really hurt and sent her into a meltdown. He was not patient or kind. He was getting frustrated with her, telling her, sternly, to stop talking and stop moving as she was having a panic attack, tears streaming down her face,choking on her spit, boogers, coughing, all of it. I ended up having to lay on top of her to hold her down so he could finish. The aggravation from him was unreal. The way he was speaking to her was making me reach a boiling point. At one point, he dropped something and said, "shit!" angrily, before catching himself. I did even call him out for being frustrated with her and he replied, "I can do this all day" as she continues to scream and cry. Then when I asked why she said it was hurting still, he tells me she just doesn't like having to sit still and cooperate, as if he knows her, at all. I could not grab my child out of his chair fast enough when he said she was done. Literally traumatized her for having to go to the dentist If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They definitely don't have to worry about my child ever being an inconvenience to them, again. We won't be back, and if you have a child like mine who struggles to stay still or doesn't do well with pain, would highly suggest skipping this place
Customer service is absolute trash I called this morning for a follow up on my co pay with my new dental insurance, she answered my call then goes to interupt me by saying "yeah we've been trying ro call you!" in an unpleasant tone then I expressed that I am new to all of this and trying to get understandment. She could not tell me now much of my yearly balance would be removed from my insurance so I explained since there was not much more she could do or answer for me that I would call Cigna Dental she felt offended then she proceeds to tell me she is not my personal assistant & etc. I am highly disappointed but overly happy that I didn't let these kinds of rude people into my mouth.
A wonderful experience everyone there is super nice and talks you through everything. Joe and his assistants are all extremely professional and do their best to make it a comfortable experience! Joe makes sure you don’t feel anything and the fillings they do look exactly like a regular tooth.
