My first experience here was great :) there is one girl at the reception who is super sweet and welcoming. The dental assistant who did my cleaning is also a total sweetheart!! I felt calm and at ease which is huge for me with dental anxiety. The doctor was also great! He had good bedside manners. I’m so pleased with my experience! I just wish they had a website up and working so you can see everything they offer. Don’t hesitate to book here :D
The doctor who is also the owner has been so great with my treatment! I have a lot of work that needs to be done and really bad anxiety and with the Dr and his tech Shaniyah made this experience do able in the first place. I really appreciate them for there patience, professionalism and care for me.
My experience was here at this clinic. I arrived with a healthy tooth, and the dentist there broke it. Now they refuse to fix it. It hurts terribly ever since I started going there. Everything started badly; they only had to put a crown or filling on my tooth, and what they did was break it. Now I don't know what to do. It's so painful and bothers me. I don't recommend this dentist.
Favorite dental clinic after many year looking for one. I remembered coming here more than 10 years ago and left for insurance purposes but recently came back (last year). I like that they are straight forward and wont try to do extra on you as I have experienced from previous dentist. Dr. Kwan is also great!
I used to come to Lakeside dental because my sister in law worked there. When she stopped working there, I started going to places closer to me in LA. They were all terrible and were constantly trying to say a million things were wrong with my teeth and trying to charge me an insane amount every time I went. I decided to come back to Lakeside and my only regret is not coming back sooner. I drove 3 hours and it was worth it! Dr. Kwan was as amazing as I remember. He was very polite and didnt try to sell me anything extra. In fact, I had a tiny cavity and he took care of it 0 charge. My appt was at 1 and the work on my teeth started at 1. All the assistants and the receptionists, especially Ivone and Victoria were also great. I had some issues finding my insurance info and they helped me with that. Sticking to Lakeside dental moving forward, even if it's a mission getting here.
I'm very afraid of the dentist. I mean anxiety, sweaty palms, nightmares, honestly, I'm the biggest baby, and it's kind of pathetic. I feel so at ease here now. The doctor is gentle. I just had my fillings done, and it went so quickly and was painless. They are up front with costs and payment. I had my cleaning done here six months ago, and it was, in all honesty, so relaxing. The dental hygienist was absolutely gentle. I am usually sore after a cleaning but it was the best cleaning I've ever had. I used to go to Canyon Crest, but when my insurance changed, I could no longer visit that dentist. I thought I'd go crazy trying to find another great dental office. I am so, so, so happy to have found Lakeside. It's great to find a wonderful dentist just down the street from home. The office is very relaxing and the staff is awesome.
