I called to see if they were accepting new patients and the receptionist was incredibly rude and belittling. As someone in a client-facing profession, I try to always be overly kind on the phone and give someone the benefit of the doubt, but she doubled down on the way she was speaking to me and made me feel dumb for the questions I was asking. Hopefully I just caught her at a bad time and this isn't how she regularly treats people.
