About Lancaster Dental Care Associates

Lancaster Dental Care Associates shares its West Avenue J address with Dr. Kamran Saidara's practice, reflecting the same team behind both names, and offers dental implants, bone grafting, oral surgery, and full mouth rehabilitation for patients across the Antelope Valley, a surgical scope distinct from routine general dentistry. The practice-name listing and the individual dentist's listing point to the same underlying office and clinical team, so patients can book under whichever name they come across first without any confusion about which office they'll end up at. The shared practice keeps one set of clinical records and one scheduling system regardless of which listing a patient finds first while searching online.

Patients researching dental implants in Lancaster, or bone grafting before implant placement, will find that treatment sequence discussed directly at a consultation — what preparatory work is needed, expected healing time, and when an implant can realistically be placed. Full mouth rehabilitation cases, involving most or all of a patient's teeth, follow the same staged planning approach from the first visit rather than being decided procedure by procedure without a clear end point in view, so patients know roughly what to expect from the start. That upfront planning matters most for cases involving more than one missing tooth, where the sequence of grafting, healing, and placement genuinely affects the final result.

If you're in Lancaster and considering dental implants or full mouth rehabilitation, this West Avenue J practice is worth a consultation.

Cost for implant and surgical work varies considerably depending on the case, so a specific treatment plan and cost estimate only comes after a real exam. For Antelope Valley patients weighing dental implants or facing extensive tooth loss, Lancaster Dental Care Associates is a direct specialist option for surgical cases beyond routine general dentistry, whether booked under this name or the practice's individual-dentist listing under Dr. Saidara's own name, and regardless of case complexity.

Am I a candidate for dental implants?
It comes down to having enough healthy bone to hold the implant and gums free of active disease. Smoking and uncontrolled diabetes both affect healing. An examination with imaging is what actually answers it.
What is a surgical extraction and how is it different from a normal one?
A surgical extraction is used when a tooth cannot simply be lifted out — commonly because it is impacted, broken at the gumline, or has curved roots — and involves opening the gum or removing bone to access it.
Is oral surgery painful afterward?
Some soreness and swelling in the days after is normal and expected, managed with pain relief and, where needed, a short course of medication. Severe or worsening pain after the first few days is not typical and should be checked.

If your looking for a clean, professional, out of this world in customer service, Come to this dental office and tell them "your favorite client left another excellent review for you so I had to give your office a try" and watch the customer service you shall receive. This office to me is the top dental office in this AV area. And the work that is done here is well worth the time and wait for the best care. You want a good dentist and a good dental office go here! This team functions as a "office team" should perform. Ask for Ms. Angela and let her know you read this review. I may be helping them with "Billboard Advertisements" soon. She will know who's review you have read. Have a blessed day and get your teeth fixed here!

First time at Lancaster Dental Care and I must say, the experience was very pleasant. I explained my terrible gag reflex and all the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and did things as speedily as possible. Best visit to a dentist that I’ve had in a long time. If you are looking for a local, friendly dentist then I highly recommend Lancaster Dental Care.

I had an excellent experience today with Ms. Veronica and the entire dental team. She was incredibly kind, professional, and made my teeth cleaning experience very comfortable and enjoyable. She made me feel at ease throughout the entire appointment. I also really appreciated that there was no wait time. My appointment was at 4:00 PM, I arrived around 3:40 PM, and I was seen right away, which was amazing. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this office!

the WORST dentist i've ever been to in my life and Angela is the most unprofessional, rude person i've ever dealt with at any type of office. i booked a wisdom teeth removal because they told me that they needed to be removed immediately asap, they required a 250 copay which my insurance coincidentally told me later on that it was coveres and i paid for no reason. i had to cancel the appt because i came down with the flu and was running fevers 100-104 degrees for 3 days straight. they told me to come in anyways and that they could operate on me even if i was sick but i had called multiple dentists around town and all of them said that wasn't a good idea and they would never operate on a patient who was sick. i told them on the phone that coughing can cause dry socket and they said no it can't just come in and get it done. i actually had to dispute the charge with my bank because they refused to give me a refund for something i paid for and never got done within 30 days which is the legal law in california. when i requested the refund Angela told me she didn't care about me or the situation and "to just give her my card information so we could be done". she then told me i couldn't call the office asking about a refund because their accountant only comes in once a month and it could take up to 6 months for my refund because they give refunds whenever they want to! also their replies on here go against HIPAA because they're sharing patient information to defend themselves from how horrible they are to people. ALSO i just visited another dentist recently and the doctor advised me that the root of my wisdom tooth was hooked on the central nerve already and if they pulled them there's a chance that my whole bottom jaw could go permanently numb and said if the pain isn't that bad he suggests just to leave them in!! please stay away from this dentist!!!
