About Lancaster Total Dentistry

Lancaster Total Dentistry is a practice on 10th Street West offering dental implants, bone grafting, oral surgery, and full mouth rehabilitation for patients across the Antelope Valley, along the same corridor as several other Lancaster dental practices. As its name suggests, the practice is built around handling a case from start to finish rather than referring surgical steps out to a separate specialist elsewhere in the valley, keeping the whole treatment plan under one roof. That start-to-finish approach appeals most to patients who'd rather not manage referrals and paperwork between multiple offices partway through a months-long course of treatment.

Patients researching full mouth rehabilitation in Lancaster, or a dental implant that might need bone grafting first, will find that full sequence discussed at a consultation — what preparatory work is needed, realistic healing timelines, and when implant placement becomes appropriate. For patients replacing most or all of their teeth, having that entire process managed by one practice tends to simplify what would otherwise be a multi-specialist undertaking spread across separate offices and separate treatment records, each requiring its own scheduling. The practice typically starts with a full exam and imaging to map out how many stages the case will need before committing to a specific timeline.

If you're in Lancaster and facing a complex implant or full mouth rehabilitation case, Lancaster Total Dentistry is worth a consultation.

Cost for this kind of surgical and restorative work varies considerably depending on the case, so an accurate estimate only comes after a real exam and imaging. For Antelope Valley patients weighing dental implants or full mouth rehabilitation, Lancaster Total Dentistry's 10th Street West location is a direct specialist option for the kind of surgical case a general dentist would typically refer elsewhere, whether the plan involves one tooth or a full rebuild spanning several months of ongoing treatment. Getting that full picture upfront tends to matter most for patients trying to budget for the total cost rather than being surprised partway through a longer course of care.

What services does Lancaster Total Dentistry offer?
Listed services at Lancaster Total Dentistry include Dental Implants, Oral Surgery, Full Mouth Rehabilitation and Bone Grafting. The full list is shown on this page.
What is a bone graft and why might I need one?
Bone shrinks after a tooth is lost, and if there is not enough left to anchor an implant, grafting rebuilds the volume first. It is a common preliminary step when a tooth has been missing for a long time.
How long does a dental implant take from start to finish?
Commonly several months, because the implant needs time to integrate with the jaw bone before the final crown is fitted. Timelines stretch if a bone graft is needed first, and some cases allow a temporary tooth in the meantime.
Will I be put to sleep for oral surgery?
Not necessarily. Many oral surgery procedures are done under local anaesthetic alone, sometimes with sedation added for comfort. Full general anaesthesia is reserved for more extensive or complex cases.

This is the best dental office in Lancaster! Michelle, Alex and the rest of the office staff are super friendly. Always love the twice a year chats with my hygienist Adrienne. And Dr. Ebrahimi and the others always leave me feeling taken care of! My roommate recently asked me for a dental recommendation and I happily pointed her toward Lancaster Total Dentistry. It can be difficult to find an office you trust, so I really appreciate you guys!

The receptionist at the front desk is amazing, as soon as you walk in she greets you you with a smile, even when shes on the phone, I believe her name is Alex. The girls in the back are great, and very attentive. I recommend this office. Its clean and calm.

Took my daughter last week went into this office, and the person checking us out giving me my treatment plan, I believe her name was Michelle, smelled like marijuana and I could tell she was incoherent. Other than that staff is very friendly, but they need to do something about that employee, because it is very unprofessional.

Was looking for a new dentist and found this place. I was expecting the same mean dentist that I always get, but that was not the case. They are very nice here. I got a cleaning done by Alina; she was very knowledgeable and kind. She made sure I understood everything and was not judgmental. I am very grateful to her and the rest of the staff here.
