LandMark Dentistry - Charlotte

I am a new transfer to the Charlotte office. This was my 1st visit but I felt right at home. Very friendly staff and Dr. I do recommend.

Everyone was very courteous and professional.

Must say, was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. All of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Dr. Tripp took his time to address/answer my concerns & questions. He’s certainly on top of his game, that made for a very comfortable first time appointment. Thanks to you All!

My visit was insulting. Every question I asked was dismissed with a tone of patronizing arrogance. I suffer from chronic pain from more than medical procedure. At a young age I did not question physicians or their recommended procedures and blindly followed their advice. Chronic pain is the price I pay for it. Dentist office visits are usually not an issue. However, I did have a dentist for a short period time where I could not walk in for a checkup without being told I needed at least two cavities filled. I never had that type of issue before that dentist nor afterward. The statement was made to me, "I cannot make that decision for you" after I asked a question to cut me off from asking more questions. I am not asking questions to have the practitioner make decisions for me. The statement was totally inappropriate. I ask questions to educate myself to make the best decision for myself. The waiting room was empty. There was plenty of time for my questions. I asked early on during the visit to be informed what the cost of the multiple crowns would be on my new insurance. I did not leave with that information. An estimate would have been fine.

The staff is always so warm and friendly. Jayda is extremely sharp and friendly, Finn is the best doodle, and I always feel very comfortable when visiting. Every other dentist office needs to take note! It speaks to the culture and the leadership. Referring any new folks in town their way. Go Landmark team!

My recent visit to Landmark Dentistry was as always a pleasant experience. If you are looking for a good dentistry experience, look no further, as you will find it here at Landmark Dentistry. Dr. Brun and his staff are truly interested in exploring what is best for you and your teeth. The professionalism exhibited by Dr. Brun and his technicians is exceptional. The dentistry office is also very clean and sanitary. In short, from my perspective , this is one of the very Best Dental practices in all of Charlotte.

Thanks to the friendly and excellent care of Tracy and staff, going to the dentist is actually something I look forward to! Props to Tracy especially, who has guided and encouraged me in best practices for care at home and as a result I have seen a marked improvement in my tooth and gum health! The in-office atmosphere and service are also stellar - all the photos of cats are also a nice touch.

This was an emergency visit and Everyone from entering to leaving was amazing. Denise was great with scheduling me and getting my insurance information. The dental assistants and Dr. Hannah Johnson were amazing. My problem was resolved. Highly recommend this practice and Dr. Johnson.
