For most of my life I dreaded going to the dentist, even for cleanings. I hopped around through about a dozen different dental offices until I moved to Milton and reached out to Laurier. My first visit was with Dr. Summer. She listened to my concerns and ensured that if freezing was needed and due to my past negative reactions to it, it was noted in my records. Then, the cleaning using the cold water and power tools! Ivwas matched up with the best, gentle, accomodating hygenist - RAF! Raf is amazing and super chill and fun to talk to as well. Overall, Laurier Dental has truly changed my dread and fears of dentistry. 😁

My family recently changed our dentist office to Laurier Dental, and I have nothing but great things to say about them. From getting appointments to having them confirmed or changed. From the front office staff to the hygienists and doctors, the whole experience has been outstanding! This was our shared experience as a family. At Laurier Dental office the staff greet And acknowledge your presence, even if they are busy with another customer, The dental Hygienists And the doctors were efficient and always check on you during the treatment to see if you’re doing OK. Dr. Summer was amazing! I went in to have the composite bonding on my front two teeth redone, and she did an outstanding job. They look incredibly natural. I’m so happy with my experience and will definitely continue coming back.

Not a good experience with the reception. I had a similar issue last year but still returned this year because the clinic is close to my home. This morning my appointment was at 10:50 AM, and I arrived at 9:45 AM by mistake. When I checked in, the receptionist sitting in the glass cubicle with glasses did not speak to me directly. Instead, she turned to another staff member and said, “She is here an hour early — Dr. Michaels’ patient.” She clearly realized I had made a mistake and could have kindly told me that I arrived early. Instead, I felt talked about and dismissed. It made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Front desk staff set the tone for a clinic, and this experience was not welcoming at all. This is not the first time. During my previous visit, I stood at her desk for checkout while she stayed on her computer and did not acknowledge me at all. I waited quietly, thinking she was busy. After a while, I decided to leave, assuming they would contact me by phone or email if needed. Only then did she stop me and say that I had a bill to pay. When she finally started printing my bill, another patient finished their appointment as well. After I paid and walked away, I saw her greet that patient warmly and say, “Sorry for the wait.” Seeing other reviews saying the staff are “friendly” makes this feel like a pick-and-choose situation. I am definitely being treated differently.
