I had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic. The front desk staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. The customer service was poor from the moment I walked in, and I did not feel respected or welcomed. Unfortunately, I was also very unhappy with the service and the quality of the work. Communication was poor, and the overall experience was stressful and frustrating. I expected much better treatment and professionalism from a dental clinic. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. They need to seriously improve their customer service, communication, and professionalism.

I love this clinic! I have never felt so comfortable at the dentist in my life! The staff are so friendly, the Dentist so easy going and amazing! The Hygienist is fantastic, she has even taken the extra time and effort to remove bonding materials left from my braces, left by other dentists over several years! I didn't even know how much it bothered me until it was gone!
From the moment I opened the doors at Leduc dental centre, I was greeted warmly and that followed me through my whole experience there. Dr. Jivani respected me and guided me through my complex case without me feeling embarrassed. He called me personally to check on me. His team is amazing.. Everyone there the staff was amazing they make you feel very comfortable very professional and clean. They did awesome work very pleased will Definitely be going back to see them for my next cleaning 😃
