I have been going to this clinic for years and I feel like they regularly stretch themselves too thin at the inconvenience of their patients. Today I had a routine cleaning and exam scheduled. I had my cleaning done on time and was told that the dentist would be right in to do my exam and I proceeded to sit in the chair for over 30 minutes. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened to me here. Last time it was mid filling so I couldn’t get up and leave like I did today and I got to sit with a hole drilled in my tooth for an hour before they came in to finish the job. It’s truly unfortunate because I love Dr. Quintanilla, but trying to squeeze in extra fillings throughout the day and inconveniencing the patients who are there for scheduled appointments is not cool.
My first time here and I'll definitely be returning! Staff was very nice and the doctor took her time explaining everything to me! I love the treatment plan and how all of the payment options were explained thoroughly.
