Amazing service. You guys are the best.
I had a filling with the laser treatment and was anxious about it but Edgar made me feel so comfortable and relaxed! He was awesome and explained everything before and during the procedure. He was genuinely so kind and made the experience pleasant.
Dr. Alex Wilkerson and his staff took care of a problem with an old filling that fell out. I had excellent care from my dentist and his staff, who are friendly and quite professional. Well done!
I've been going to Lenox Village Dentistry for about 4 years now and every time it's a great experience. Morgan at the front desk is such an inviting person who always tries to go the extra mile with payments or scheduling. She needs a raise! My hygienist Mikaela is very thorough with her cleaning and she explains everything she is doing. She is so knowledgeable and gives great advice for how to clean those pesky areas! She needs a raise too!!! I've had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Peaks and Dr. Coogler and they are both such a pleasure. Even when they have a busy schedule, they always make time to ask me about my son or any other teeth issues I'm having and give in depth explanation about how to fix them. I can not recommend them enough
Excellent staff and care. I’ve been a patient here for two years and appreciate this team more and more. For 50 years my dental care has consisted of teeth cleaning but a few years ago, I had the unfortunate experience of a door opening on my mouth, requiring extensive dental work. Dr Peaks and her entire team have been consummate professionals providing top notch care. From Kailey and Morgan in the front office, to the assistants and hygienists, to Dr Peaks, I sincerely appreciate the kind, genuinely helpful, professional, and attentive care this entire team provides. Thank you!!!
The entire office is a vibe! Everyone is friendly. I had the pleasure of having Dr Alex and Ed. They're fantastic! Overall great experience from check in to check out!!
Incredible visit! I got a filling done with their new laser—no needles, no pain, and no numbing required. It was really efficient and the staff was great. Highly recommend. Dr. Peaks is the best in town!
I’ve been going to Lenox Village Dentistry for years and consistently receive the best care and service. The entire team is friendly, professional, and makes every visit comfortable. My hygienist, Jamie, is the absolute best and always makes the experience a great one. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent dental care!
My teens and I have been going here for a couple of months now and we really like it. Parking is in the rear of the building and the wheelchair accessible door is on the side. Pros: 1. They are very punctual. Patients get called back almost immediately once they sign in. I love punctual medical folks. 2. Everyone is very friendly. 3. They do everything in office, including root canals and making the permanent crowns on-site. 4. You can text their number if you don’t feel like calling. Cons: 1. It’s hard to get seen for a routine cleaning as a new patient here. We had to wait months! Initial appointment was set out 5+ months but my kids got seen earlier because we were on a waiting list. 2. Laughing gas was expensive. I’m used to paying $50 for it but it was $100 here. 3. Cancellation period is long at 48 hours. 4. No WiFi!! My mobile data is not great in that area at all and it made waiting for my kids to get done quite dull since there’s no other form of entertainment in the lobby. Overall, I’m happy we’re finally being seen. They’re super close to my house so I’ll continue to go here for me and my family’s dental care. I hope they can at least offer WiFi for patients soon.
This dental office is a scam! Dr. Peaks came to the room very rude and not wanting to even talk to me. She took a quick look at the xrays and said my root canal is cracked! And that I need to have an extraction as soon as possible because there is also an infection in there! This was going to cost me almost $4000. Extraction, implanting, crown. While I have no issue with that tooth! I only went to get my teeth cleaned! I didn’t trust what she said. Went and got a second opinion. The other dentist said there is absolutely nothing wrong with my root canal! They also did something like this to my husband! Don’t go here they just want to make money.
