Brothers, I visited this clinic and it was a regrettable decision. My problem was that a crown was placed on a tooth, which led to its decay. The tooth had been in good condition for many years without a crown. The clinic gave me bad advice when they suggested a crown. After the crown was placed, the bone decayed. I think the doctor's name is Ali, and he's Lebanese. May God destroy his tooth! Beware of misleading advertisements and promotions; their sole aim is to collect money at the expense of your bones and health. I wish I could file a lawsuit against them with the relevant authorities. The proof of this clinic's poor service is that they don't care about patients' comments and complaints.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Mouatasem for over 10 years, and he is truly one of the best dentists in Dubai. I first visited him after another dentist fitted a retainer that kept breaking every 1–2 weeks. Dr. Mouatasem fixed the problem properly, and I didn’t have any issues with it for almost 4 years. His expertise, attention to detail, and professionalism are exceptional. Highly recommended!

The clinic itself is very clean, and the hygiene standards are excellent, which made me feel very comfortable and confident during my visit. I got my braces done with Dr. Mouatasem and I’m now almost finished with my treatment. He is very professional, kind, and really cares about his patients. The whole process was smooth, and the results are great. I’m very happy with my smile and I highly recommend Dr. Mouatasem.

My experience with this clinic was very disappointing. I paid over $10,000 for a treatment that they claimed had a 20-year warranty, but problems started showing up shortly after. When I tried to contact them, no one from any branch responded. They rely heavily on celebrity promotions and advertising to mislead people, but the reality is completely different. I strongly do not recommend dealing with this clinic to avoid the same bad experience I had

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Mustafa Sayed at the clinic!!! He was extremely gentle, and the procedure was completely pain-free. Highly professional and caring—would definitely recommend!

Dr. Mustafa is literally the best dentist ever, he’s also really kind and funny! He saved my teeth. Going to the dentist is usually daunting but honestly the experience was very calm and pain free.
