I was made to feel at ease by the reception staff. The treatment I received from Taha was very thorough, he explained my options and I had confidence in him. He was gentle and professional.

My dentist and his assistant are amazing they made me so comfortable and at ease as it was the very first time that I've been in to the dentist since i was eleven years old as i had a really bad experience with the school dentist all those years ago. I've got other appointments and I'm really looking forward to seeing my dentist again

As always, a thoroughly friendly & excellent service from the moment you arrive. Reception staff friendly & efficient. Great reception area with living plant wall. Appointment on time & Ben & dental nurse personable & highly professional at the same time. Excellent dentistry & aftercare products. I would highly recommend.

I have used Life for many years now, and I am very happy with them. I have Camilla as my dentist and she is excellent. I feel supported and always put at ease. Also the reception staff are so nice and always very welcoming. You do have to wait a while for appointments but that's not a unique issue here. Edit (2024) I am still with Life and my original review remains the same. I consistently have positive experiences. I like how they do not judge and they give great advice for maintaining healthy teeth. My dentist (Camilla) always remembers me and asks mw about things we discussed last time which shows they really do care. Edit (2026) I have had to reduce this score now. I have always had a good service but recently tried to book an appointment and they just said that they no longer offer NHS. No warning, nothing. I appreciate that this is not their fault due to the current climate but still, I guess my teeth will slowly get worse as I can't afford their prices.

I was anxious about a new dentist after mine retired but needn’t have worried. From the moment I arrived the reception team and the dentist Taha, were very relaxed, friendly and professional. He was reassuring during each step of my appointment. Highly recommended

I had a great experience with life dental, stained front tooth which they were able to asses and fix very promptly and then standard check up. Very friendly and welcoming team, I've changed over from my regular dentist as it was such a good service

Friendly reception team, comfy waiting room chairs and a professional and skilled dental team. I see Shelby and Ben every two months with a payment plan and i used to be super nervous of anything dental, but they have both helped me become more confident with my treatments. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Life Dental & Wellbeing to anyone.

Whilst I can not say I enjoy my visits to see Ben and the team, due to the somewhat painful treatment. I must say that everything is handled professionally and effectively by the whole team. From the appointment reminder call to the next appointment booking everyone is 5 star worthy.

Dr. Shelby and the entire staff were fantastic! Everyone was very kind, courteous, and polite. I had to switch my appointment due to schedule conflicts in my personal life, and they were very accommodating about finding me a suitable time. Dr. Shelby herself was informative and let me know what she was doing at every step. She also has delightful taste in music and media if you need any recommendations. All in all, everyone was really wonderful and made this a surprisingly pleasant experience - especially given that this was a visit to the dentist.
