About Lifetime Dental San Bernardino

Lifetime Dental San Bernardino is located on Business Center Drive in San Bernardino, California, and offers one of the more extensive ranges of treatment a patient is likely to find in a single dental office. For those whose needs reach well beyond routine care, keeping so much available in one place can replace a frustrating series of referrals with a coordinated, familiar experience.

The everyday foundation is comprehensive, with general dentistry, fillings, crowns and bridges, and tooth decay treatment covering the preventive and standard restorative work most visits involve. The practice then extends deep into restorative and surgical territory: dental implants, bone grafting, full-mouth rehabilitation, periodontics and gum disease treatment, root canal treatment and endodontics, and even orthognathic and maxillofacial surgery for complex cases involving the jaw and facial structures. Wisdom teeth removal, extractions, dentures, and apicoectomy round out a surgical and restorative menu built for serious work.

For patients focused on appearance and alignment, Lifetime Dental offers cosmetic dentistry, teeth whitening, veneers, Invisalign, and broader orthodontics, letting people refine and straighten their smile within the same office that handles their restorative care. Beyond the standard menu, the practice also addresses bruxism and TMJ and TMD treatment, helping patients with jaw clenching, grinding, and related discomfort that many do not associate with their dentist.

Families are part of the picture too, with children's and pediatric dentistry available alongside care for adults. The practice's stated emphasis on affordable care matters for households weighing the cost of implants, surgery, and other major treatments. With its remarkable depth across restorative, surgical, cosmetic, and orthodontic care, Lifetime Dental San Bernardino works as a true all-in-one practice, well suited to implant and surgical patients, those needing full-mouth rehabilitation, families, and anyone wanting comprehensive care under a single roof on Business Center Drive. covering everything from care to implants, surgery, full-mouth rehabilitation, and jaw treatment, the Business Center Drive office is equipped to keep even the most involved San Bernardino cases under one roof.

Lifetime Dental San Bernardino, on Business Center Drive in San Bernardino, California, offers extensive care from implants, bone grafting, and oral and maxillofacial surgery to veneers, Invisalign, and TMJ treatment under one roof.

Had a very great first time experience with lifetime Dental, The front desk receptionist Krystal was very mannered and very helpful with the appointment setup. Nervous for the first visit but they assured me that it was fine and made me feel comfortable, The office manager Sabrina was very kind, super helpful with my payment plan, made me feel at ease with the whole process, definitely coming back to lifetime dental in the future

I strongly regret choosing Lifetime Dental in San Bernardino and feel obligated to warn others about my experience. The dental work I received was unacceptable and had to be corrected by another dentist. That alone speaks volumes. I have some background knowledge in dentistry — enough to recognize when work is done properly and when it is not — and the treatment I received fell far below professional standards. No patient should have to pay twice to fix work that should have been done correctly the first time. What was even more disappointing was the behavior of the front office staff. When I called to explain why I was unhappy with my last visit, why I will not be booking again ever. The woman I spoke with immediately became passive-aggressive and argumentative. Instead of listening or attempting to resolve the issue, she dismissed my concerns and spoke to me as though she had personally performed the procedure herself. It was defensive, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate. Patients deserve to be heard — not challenged or belittled. The only positive part of my experience was the dental hygienist, who was kind and professional. Unfortunately, that was not enough to outweigh the poor quality of dental work and the careless customer service. I will not be returning to this office and will be contacting my insurance provider regarding my experience. I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before seeking treatment here. Also to avoid their $95 cancellation fee just don’t schedule here at ALL.

I'm NOT a dentist fan...... but the staff at Lifetime made me feel comfortable!! Every step from the check in, my cleaning, and unexpected treatment went well. Thank you Dr. Sharrow C., Jen, and Krystal for helping me through my visit! It is greatly appreciated 👏 😁

When my temporary crown came off, I returned to this office to have it reattached. However, before the procedure could even begin, the front desk receptionist insisted that I pay upfront—despite the fact that I have always paid after receiving services in the past. I felt disrespected by the implication that I might not be able to pay, especially considering my consistent payment history, even in cases where I was unable to attend an appointment. In one instance, I paid a no-show fee for a procedure that was not only expensive but also not clearly disclosed to me when the appointment was scheduled. The omission of the cost felt intentional, which raises concerns about transparency. Additionally, I’ve noticed a pattern of handing patients products or recommending services without first informing them of the cost. This can place patients in uncomfortable situations where they feel pressured into purchases. There also appears to be an aggressive push for elective treatments such as “fast braces,” which are presented without sufficient explanation or context. That said, I want to acknowledge the excellent care provided by the dentist and the hygienist. They are both skilled, professional, and courteous. My concerns are directed solely at the front desk experience. I strongly recommend that the front office staff undergo additional training in customer service, transparent communication, and ethical presentation of services and costs to improve the overall patient experience.

I was linked through my insurance and was very nervous due to previous horrible experiences at different dentist. The staff is very hospitable and made me feel so comfortable and safe. I appreciate every person that worked on my teeth explains each process and ensure I understand. Update: they maxed out my insurance and gave me a surprise bill weeks after my wisdom teeth removal. Currently, trying to report them because I think they did unnecessary procedures that are still causing me pain 3 months later.
