A horribly-run establishment. The front-office manager has a major attitude problem, and this energy propagates throughout the whole place. I'm happy to be a former patient.

Front desk staff is always welcoming, as are the hygienists and dentists. The dental professionals are gentle and thorough; always explain what they are doing; and provide different options available to me. I’m in good dental health - thanks to them. Should mention that the practice always seemed to get me on the calendar quickly the few times I needed urgent attention. I’m grateful and have been with Light Street Dental for almost 20 years.

I love this dental practice! The staff is kind and efficient. The dental hygienists really take care when cleaning your teeth. Dr. Nichole is the best dentist I have seen for my teeth. She is kind, gentle, and does beautiful work. She has my teeth and mouth healthy and looking beautifu!

I had a wonderful experience at this office. After some negative experiences with dentists in the past, I was nervous going in, but everyone here made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. The office is very clean, and everyone is organized. I have absolutely no issues with scheduling and I was seen right at my appointment time. The staff communicates clearly and consistently, whether by text or phone call. During my appointments, they regularly checked on me, made sure I was comfortable, and asked about my pain level throughout the procedure. Let’s be honest dental work is never fun, and it’s rarely comfortable. But it makes a huge difference when you’re surrounded by people who genuinely care and treat you like a person, not just a patient. I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism I received from everyone in the office.

Great practice! Staff is super kind, thorough and professional. They were extremely helpful to me during a recent dental emergency, going above and beyond to fit me in quickly and explain all my options. And more than that, they were so calm and patient with me being so fearful and anxious about every step of the process. Dr. Nicole is gentle, knowledgeable, and takes the time to make sure you feel informed and at ease during every appointment. What speaks volumes is that my children started coming here when they were in elementary school, and now they continue as patients into adulthood. That level of trust and consistency says everything. I have been a patient and client at Light Street Dental for many years. The staff there has been impeccable when it comes to treatment and service. Dr. Forel and the associate dentists have taken such good care of me, especially as I age and encounter more dental needs. The office staff is efficient and they keep me well informed as to insurance and scheduling issues.The entire team there is compassionate and friendly. As a resident of Howard County, the trip to Light Street Dental is challenging, but so necessary for me. I would never choose to go elsewhere for my treatment.

If you are looking for THE BEST dentist in the Baltimore/DMV area look no further. I haven't been to another dentist since my 1st appointment at light street dental with Dr. Nicole. I've been a patient for over 15 years! When I tell you the entire dental experience is amazing believe me. From the from desk (Sarah), to the hygienist (Cindy), to the dentist and owner (Dr. Nicole) amazing! I've only named a few but the entire staff is Awesome. Get this, I look forward to going to my dentist appointments (you read that right), no fear, no worries, no anxiety. Even my most recent procedure (root canal) was great. They make sure I'm comfortable while I'm in the chair. They give me a blanket when I'm cold. They pronounce my name correctly (IYKYK). I think I'm the favorite patient (in my mind) but seriously they provide the best patient care to everyone. Take my word or come find out for yourself MAKE THE APPOINTMENT. You won't be disappointed!
