What concerns me most is your decision to introduce private information into a public response when I never disclosed that information in my review. That was unnecessary and raises serious concerns about professional judgment and privacy. Rather than addressing the substance of my concerns, you chose to question my courtesy and defend your practice’s reputation. Patients and parents are entitled to share honest feedback about their experiences without being personally disparaged in return. I did not leave because of toys or toothbrushes. I left because I was no longer satisfied with the experience and care my son was receiving. Your response has only reinforced my decision.
We had a wonderful experience at Little Tooth! Everyone was kind and provided excellent care, including those at the front desk, the hygienist Shi, and the dentist Dr. Nate. The office was also a great environment and my son enjoyed that he was able to watch a show (screen on the ceiling) while getting his teeth cleaned.

I love love love how professional the entire staff is. The place is so clean and well sanitized. The staff are friendly especially the dentist he would keep you up to date as he carry out the procedure on your child’s teeth/mouth. If your child is having any type of issues please don’t hesitate to give them a try. I took my 4 year old and it was a success.
