About Little Tooth Pediatric Dentistry

Little Tooth Pediatric Dentistry is a children’s dental practice on Greene Avenue in the Fort Greene neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. The office focuses exclusively on pediatric dentistry, caring for infants, toddlers, school-age children, and teens in a space built around how young patients actually experience a dental visit.

A pediatric-only practice means the whole environment — the schedule, the exam rooms, and the team’s approach — is designed for children rather than adapted from an adult office. Little Tooth provides the full range of pediatric care, including first dental visits, routine cleanings and exams, fluoride treatment, dental sealants, cavity treatment, and guidance for parents on brushing, diet, and habits such as thumb-sucking. Early, regular visits help children grow up comfortable with the dentist and give the team a chance to spot small issues before they grow into bigger problems.

Comfort is a central part of the experience. Calming touches such as ceiling-mounted screens help children stay relaxed during treatment, and the team is experienced in working patiently with nervous first-timers and with children who have additional needs, including kids on the autism spectrum. Many families come to Little Tooth specifically because an earlier visit elsewhere did not go smoothly and a child-focused setting made the difference. A positive early experience matters: children who associate the dentist with a calm, friendly visit are far more likely to keep up good dental habits as they grow.

The Fort Greene location is convenient for families across brownstone Brooklyn, including nearby Clinton Hill, Downtown Brooklyn, and Boerum Hill, and is reachable by several subway lines. The office accepts credit cards, debit cards, and contactless payment, and the team is happy to answer questions about scheduling and what to expect before a first appointment.

Clean office, and they move fast. The Drs, nurses and receptionists were extremely helpful and polite. My son gives trouble with his teeth but they were so patient with him and didn’t force him to do anything. That made me extremely comfortable with receiving care here. 10/10 would definitely recommend

From the moment we walked in, the front desk team was absolutely wonderful — so kind, friendly, and welcoming. The assistants were also incredibly caring and attentive, making sure our son felt comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Nate provided truly exceptional care, handling a very complex procedure with remarkable skill and compassion. Thanks to him, our son now has a beautiful, confident smile. We couldn’t be more grateful — highly recommend!

I work as a nanny and had to take the children to their dental appointments. From the time I saw how wonderful the service and staff was I started taking my grandson there. I believe if I’d known of this place before, he would’ve any of the issues he had with his teeth. Love this place. I’ve recommended it to the rest of my family.

Both of my toddlers (3&4 years old) who are on the Spectrum of autism, had appointments and although they both were having meltdowns everyone was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and comforting. This was my children’s first time at a kid-friendly dentist (they’re actually first time wasn’t a kid-friendly place, and my children were having a tantrum so they didn't continue, and they suggested a kid-friendly dentist as a better option), and I can definitely say with confidence that I found a permanent dentist I’m happy about. Once you make the appointment you won’t regret it. Let me add, we weren’t there long at all. It was the fastest my children have been in and out of a medical appointment.

I want to thank Ally for her beautiful and helpful phone etiquette. She was helpful even though my baby is unable to be seen because of my insurance :(. She listened to me, offered me other resources, and heard me on a human level. She didn't rush me off the phone, even though my call won't lead to a payment. We need more people like her in offices handling concerns because it does matter and it is noticed and appreciated. Hopefully in the future if my union picks a better insurance company I can take my child here. THANK YOU ALLY!!!!
