I recently became a new patient at this dental practice. Thanks to Ravi and the team for fitting me in so swiftly. I had a great experience with Usmaan and his assistance, the explanation and simplification of processes were easy. They also put you at ease. Quickly & efficiently got X-rays done and a clean and polish.
Extremely difficult to get an appointment unless you wait 3 months. When dealing with the receptionists they come across rude and quite dismissive. Tried to book an emergency appointment for my wife and was told I’m not allowed to for data protection despite us having done this many times before and even her mother booking for her. There is no data issue as I’m giving data to them and booking an appointment for someone else to attend. We really struggle to get there and they are obstructive and difficult. The older dentist and Jenny are brilliant when you do get to see them. Will be considering other options from here on it.
Recently joined this dental practice and I am so happy I did! I have seen Rav a few times and he is always so thorough and supportive, and just an all round great dentist! The staff at reception are also so lovely and welcoming. I highly highly recommended this practice!

Littleover dentist is second to none!! The whole family goes and wouldnt go or see anyone else, Ravi is more like a friend than a dentist! Has made my little boy feel so at ease every single time we go when he was understandably really nervous!! Always has time for us and reception staff an absolute delight also!! A lovely calm, welcoming space as soon as you walk through the door!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!
