I have been going to this dental office since March 2024 and I am impressed every time I go! My father recommended Dr. O to my family, and now we all go there. They make me feel very comfortable! Best dental office I have ever been to in my entire life. They helped me overcome my fear of dentists, and guided me with improving my ongoing gum disease issues. My teeth & gums have dramatically improved in just 2 years. They are very insightful and helpful with how to care for your teeth & gums between your appts. I take in all the advice they give me because I trust their expertise. I highly recommend! Their entire staff team are very nice, friendly, and accommodating. It’s a very cute little office full of amazing people lol. Dr. O and his team are the best! 💕
This is such a wonderful practice! Everyone was very nice and friendly and made the visit a pleasant experience. Dr. Okpala explained everything that he wanted to do and was very gentle working on our teeth. I would highly recommend this office!

I did not have a good experience at this office and would not recommend this place to anyone. I came in for a routine exam, x-rays, and cleaning. The hygienist dislodged one of my fillings during my cleaning which left an exposed hole in my tooth. When the procedure was done they discussed a treatment plan with me and determined that I would need a root canal, a crown and another filling to replace the one that was removed. They booked me to have my tooth filled a week later, discussed the out of pocket cost with me and I left that day with a hole in my tooth that I had to manage with for the whole week exposed. A couple of days before my appointment I received a call from their office and the receptionist said that the cost that was originally discussed with me was wrong and that my insurance wasn't paying out as much so I had to pay more. I explained to the receptionist that I came in with a fill on my tooth and left the office the day of my appointment without one therefore I should not be held liable for the full cost. The receptionist argued with me and claimed that their equipment was not strong enough to dislodge a filling out of someone's mouth and pretty much insinuated that I was lying about my filling being removed by the hygienist that performed my cleaning and they would not take any responsibility for my filling being removed. I called my insurance company to try and understand why the cost of my filling was going to be more money and the insurance company said that they had no record of any claims or inquiries made pertaining to the cost or coverage for my scheduled filling at all. I made an appointment with another provider to have my tooth filled and received another exam and I had another set of x-rays done and they said nothing about me needing a root canal or a crown. All I ended up needing was 3 normal fillings. This office is deceptive and money hungry. Beware!
