Everyone at this office is super kind. I am greeted with smiles every single time. It was hard for me to decide I wanted braces again when I was 32 years old. After meeting Dr Cavallari I knew braces would be perfect for me! He is such a humble man who has been sweet to me every step of the way. I never spend time waiting for my appointments. I definitely recommend him for his skills and the overall office vibe!

Dr. Cavallari and his staff are fantastic! I’ve needed braces for a long time and finally decided to pull the trigger. Can’t believe it took me so long. Just got them off a couple weeks ago and my teeth look better than I ever could have imagined. Every appointment was in and out - never had to wait. Place is a well oiled machine and everyone there is awesome. Lockport Orthodontics is top notch all around!

The office is great, very comfortable waiting room. Staff is 10 out of 5, super friendly, and it's pretty cool to see how they treat their patients (mostly children and young adults). They're always friendly and helpful. The best part, and the reason that I wrote this review is that the office runs like a top. Your appointment is at 8? You get seen at 8, appointment at 1015? You get seen at 1015. I don't know how they move so fast and remain so calm and friendly. If I needed braces again, I would go here - but for now, it's just my daughter. It's the one appointment that I don't dread - you show up, kid goes in, kid comes out and you go home. Barely enough time to browse something on your phone.
I just got my braces off today and am absolutely thrilled with the results. Where Invisalign failed, traditional braces succeeded with impeccable results at a fraction of the price and time. I'm posting this review firstly to sing the praises of Lockport Orthodontics, but secondly to encourage other adults, no matter their age (I'm 34), to make the jump and get that flawless smile you deserve. Don't be somewhat self-conscious for the rest of your life, be moderately self-conscious for a month or two until you learn that no one really cares that you now have braces. And there's really no better team to do that in the North Towns than Lockport Orthodontics. Want to negotiate how aggressive your treatment is? They'll work with you on that and advise you on the pros and cons. Pop a bracket off because you just couldn't help but "test" a bunch of your kid's trick-or-treating spoils? They'll work with you on that and get it reattached the next business day. Curious about what's happening with each adjustment, or your timeline, or whether you can get rainbow colors for just a couple weeks to make your nephew happy? They'll work with you on that! Two standouts in my experiences. (1) Carrie at scheduling (and putting the literal polish on your retainer) is an absolute gem - amicable, helpful, knows her stuff, and really empathizes with whatever's going on that necessitates you calling to reschedule or set up an emergency visit. (2) Dr. Cavallari, who treats you with both the utmost attention, meticulousness, and duty warranted to make -- and I cannot stress this enough -- a truly impeccable smile, as well as good humor and a positive attitude for every visit. He and his team have been in the industry long enough to really understand just how excited you are to get your braces off towards the end of treatment, or just how tempting it might be to have a piece of candy that knocks out an attachment. They're human, they've seen it all, and it absolutely shows. Happen to have a birthday while going through treatment? Ya get the soft Oreos! But when you graduate and finally get your braces off, ya get the hard Oreos! It's a whole new take on the coming of age ceremony, and one of the many goodies I received from Dr. Cavallari's staff throughout the course of my procedure, from the starter kit to the congratulatory goodie basket. I cannot recommend Lockport Orthodontics enough!
